Usually don't review fast food place, as I never have high expectations anyway, however, we literally ordered 3 limeades on the app and were waiting for 25 minutes after we confirmed we arrived. We literally watched has half of the employees sat down and vaped multiple times in plain view. after we hit the red button to ask for an update on the order, the workers proceeded to argue with us that they did not have an order for our name, only to turn back around and say that they did find it. Once they finally brought it out it was the wrong order but we were already fed up so we just left. read more

Make sure you tell them you want your fried foods fresh if not they'll send you old food that's been sitting up. Also, there's something wrong with their ice cream machine this is the second time I've ordered ice cream and the ice cream is grainy for some reason. Just an FYI. read more

I swear it can't be just me that thinks only 2 of these in the picture looks like a chicken tender, a burnt tender at that, yet ordered a 5 piece chicken dinner, and 3 of them look like burnt boneless wings, very disappointed. Thank you though to my baby, my daughter Kasey Word for being so thoughtful and thinking of me. Ashamed she paid hard earned money for this. Ray Charles could've done better than this. I've visited and revisited this particular Sonic, in hopes that the previous screwed up visits would be isolated instances. However, not the case here. Great place to get drinks! Slushies, limeades, cream slushies, splashes, sodas, teas. Hamburgers are pretty good but i usually go for the foot long chili cheese dogs. Also they offer this thing called Extreme Tots that i would definitely suggest for you to try. Oh yeah happy hour half off drinks are from 2-4 pm and half off cheese burgers on Tuesdays. Damn i almost forgot about their awesome shakes and malts. Ordered a large extreme tot and got a family size instead lol... got home and notice two of the three drinks were not route 44 size damn it. It seems like every other time I order from here they can't get it right. This last time I called to talk about my issue so I could come up there and pick the correction up.The person who answered the phone proceeded to take another order after hearing my complaint while I was on the phone. This is absolutely the worst Sonic I have ever visited. The manager can usually be found out by the bathroom or in the side parking lot smoking with her crew members. The service is so bad here that a group of the city business leaders have began a boycott of the place. The franchisee obviously doesn't care about the guest either because they have failed to contact many of us in the city who have voiced our concerns about this place. Slow, rude, over-priced food. Great menu. Great food. Generally wasn't staff. Will 100% of the time screw up any order of two combo meals and larger. Today the machine doesn't work. So while you review the menu to determine your order (which we know will be incorrect) you must keep telling the clerk that you are not ready. This place gets worse every visit. read more

This is my second bad review on this Sonic. I always ask for fries and I always get tots. Every single time. I always end up throwing them away because I hate tots. Well I was so mad today that I drove back up here after getting to work to see. My receipt even says FRIES. How hard is it to mess that up? Seriously. Worst sonic I've been to in my life. I've been here a bunch of times with my daughter and I think the overall rating is unfair. We've never had a broken stall and our order has always been (mostly) right. If you try to special order something (like "no tomato"), they might not get that right, but that is not unusual for a fast food place. Everything else has always been good. I should know better and so should you. I'll start with the positive, the staff works hard and they are pleasant and well intended. The menu's strong suit for me is their beverage selection, the Java Chillers are delicious, just know it's a sugar bomb. On this visit the switchboard was stuck so the poor staff was set with the difficult task of figuring who was next to order with intercoms being inoperable. When it was all said and done in got my food about 30 minutes after I pulled in. My order was not correct(was given the wrong drink) easy fix. Chain fast food places like this are a crap shoot, it's usually an adventure. It's better to go into this situation expecting a problem so if something doesn't go right your mental prepared. Good rule of thumb is to always check your order before driving off. I got my fast food fix so I'm set for the next few months. read more

Very disappointing. Ordered two different Blasts and neither had much candy in them. Also, no whipped cream. Server said they don't come with whipped cream any more. You have to order and add it. Funny that the photo on the menu shows whipped cream. We'll go to Dairy Queen next time!!! read more

I usually don't have a problem with this Sonic, but yesterday I ordered a Chicago dog with no hot peppers and drove home to eat it. I did not check it before hand. I wish I did. The only thing they got right on it was the no hot peppers. It was covered in lettuce! Who covers a hot dog with lettuce? All that was on it was mustard, lettuce, and tomato. That is not a Chicago dog. I was very very disappointed. I wish I had the time to go back and return it and get a refund I couldn't eat that disgusting thing. read more
