It's really a folded pizza with "toppings" inside, not a calzone. I paid to add ricotta and asked for the sauce to be on the side instead of inside. They said no problem then charged me for a side of red sauce which would have been a free inclusion. It was a very strange experience. As a New Yorker I was hoping for a little taste of home.
