Didn't have the best experience here. I asked for no ice in my drink, they added extra ice! They filled my drink to the brim with ice. I asked for a side of ranch for my tots and I did not receive any ranch. This is the first time I've experienced such a mess up at a Sonic. Just make sure they have your order correct before you leave. read more

Went to get a sweet treat tn and Isabelle from this location was seriously so sweet and helpful even when they were probably getting ready to close. Super helpful and quick! 10/10 recommend making the trip to this location read more

Only rating this one star because I can't do zero. In my order I had gotten a normal cheeseburger with extra pickles and a medium sweet tea. On my burger, the bun was extremely wet and the tea had A HAIR INSIDE OF IT. See attached picture for more info. read more

Sonic Drive-In - Burgers Near Me - LITHIA, Florida

My party of 5 (2 adults) ordered via app. The App made it very easy, unlike other fast food joints. It didn't seem that busy but did take nearly 20 minutes for our food to come out. 3 kids meals and 2 adult meals, it was around $40. I have to say we all left happy and full. Food is 3 stars, but the ease of ordering and great customer service earned this location a 4th star. Was not very happy with the kids tenders, quite measly and overcooked. The Sonic menu has a lot of variety and the outside was clean and tidy. We will very likely return! read more

paid for 2 grilled cheese and a plain cheese burger and I was given 1 grilled cheese and cheeseburger with everything in it called the customer support number and nothing ever happend read more

got food poisoning from eating here i do not recommend eating here I think it was the chicken tenders

Fast service, wonderful employees that were very considerate, and even better food. 1000/10 I'm very impressed of this location over others.

You may remember Sonic from when you placed your order with servers on skates. Well, those days are long gone. Nevertheless this Fishhawk area Sonic still manages to get good, fast food to you quickly and economically. And, the food is surprisingly very good. Chicken sandwiches that are fresh and tender, and hamburgers a lot better than those at the other hamburger place. Give it a try. Outdoor seating is available. read more

1 Star because I can't leave zero. The lady said they didn't have a Supersonic Breakfast burrito. When I inquired and described it, she pretended it was something she's never heard of. It's on the national menu. I just checked. She made a sausage and egg burrito half the size of a normal burrito and didn't even put cheese in it. I actually checked it for spit to make sure. I'm never going there again. That's the 2nd time if gone there and received a sausage and egg burrito without cheese instead of a Supersonic breakfast burrito. The first time I just assumed the guy misunderstood me. read more

A Sonic with a drive-thru. Otherwise similar to all other Sonics all over the place. Decent, fresh-made fast food burgers and tater tots. Hot dogs if you need them (and who doesn't?!). Their drink menu is pretty neat too, and during the summer they do half-priced shakes. The menu on those is crazy huge. From Oreo to Harlem, they have all the shakes you could want. read more

The speakers and mics don't work. After waiting 10 min for service I was told to go to drive through and waste another 20 min. Fix the equipment! read more

Every time I go to this sonic they mess up the order. Had an issue with them overcharging me and the manager who was no help . Don't waste your money! In a prior review mentioned the name of the young manager which was an error on my part. She was only doing her job the best she knew how. Faulty is on the ownership of this sonic for continued issues and bad reviews.... read more

I had the worst burger here I have ever had. The patty was so dry and hard it was as if it sat under a heat-lamp all day. I could have used it as an SOS pad. The bread tasted stale as well. Yes it is fast food, but one expects anything better than what I received. I won't be going back. read more

Great service, good food. Much better than McDonald's, especially the one on Fishhawk, and almost the same price.

ordered chili hot dog meal and asked for tater tots crispy and they were just barly done. I don't think I will be going back. it isn't the first time the tater tots haven't been don. Very disappointing read more

Wonderfully polite and helpful server, but the hamburger on toast and the chicken sandwich did not reach a minimum standard of mediocrity. Perhaps my expectations are unrealistic for $10 sandwiches, but I didn't think hoping for "tasty" was setting the bar too high. I was apparently wrong. read more

Ok, I know what you are going to say, but yes, I gave them a 5. These ladies at Sonic help me start my day off without strangling someone due to lack of caffeine. I don't do coffee, but Sonics great drink deal in the am helps me get my fix. 99 cents for a large drink! And, for that afternoon pick up, 2-4, all drinks are half price! Burgers are tasty too. My little one prefers the chicken finger sandwich . Tots are always fresh and the staff is always so friendly! So, stop by Sonic at FishHawk today! Get your caffeine on! read more

Sonic Drive-In - Err' day the Sonic way! - Burgers Near Me - LITHIA, Florida

I was very dissatisfied with the service here today. I pressed the button for my order to be taken and it took over 10 minutes for them to respond. Then once i ordered, my meal took over 30 minutes for them to get me my order. Then once the order came, they tried to charge me for my meal again even though i paid with a card at the kiosk. The staff was very unapologetic and were not very helpful when asked where my order was. Would not recommend if looking for fast/polite service. read more

This is the worst sonic I've ever been to. Sat at a stall with the button pressed for about 15 minutes on a Sunday morning at 10am and nobody answered. No other customers at the place. Eventually went through the drive thru and asked for a coffee that's clearly on the menu and the lady had no idea what we were talking about. It was clear on the main menu as well as being advertised on the electric menu at the stall. Then told us they no longer carry it? There's another sonic a few miles away, I'll go to that one next time. read more

I was there this morning at 10 am. None of the people working were wearing masks or gloves. They are handling money, credit cards and food! The girl who was coming into work knew the person in line in front of me. Went right up to their car (NO Social Distancing)! I don't know who owns this store, but they really need to check on their staff!! read more

Wow worst sonic I have ever been to! I get here and ask what the new sandwiches are and the person has no clue what I'm talking about and it's right on their screens....so she was rude in finding out and explaining it to me. Then I place my order and THREE times my burger comes out wrong. On top of that the fries were so over salted I couldn't eat them. But at that point I was over trying to get food that was eatable that I didn't even bother. His is not my first bad l/ride experience at this location. I typically love sonic....but I won't be back to this location. read more

Used to be a go-to for half-priced shakes night and occasional dinners. Service has gone down-hill lately though and taking biz elsewhere. Last dive-thru visit had us waiting 20 mins for food and only had one car ahead of us and still had food missing. Prior visit had messed up our order as well. Server was unapologetic about wait and fixing order when we came back. Laterrr, Sonic. read more

This place is the worst. Been here twice in the last week to get some ice cream and both times they had an excuse for not having ice cream. What a piss poorly ran business. If I was the owner I'd be ashamed read more

45 minutes to get a fast food. But they kept serving everyone within minutes at the drive thru. Completely inexcusable to leave your customers sitting at the stalls read more

Typical sonic with really clean restrooms. My biggest complaint- how can you run out of diet coke??????

Fast service, friendly, food was cooked correctly. Onion rings needed salt and no salt was given to us so that is only complaint. Good overall experience. read more

Such a fun place because you drive up and order from your car like a drive-thru but without the pressure to order immediately. My kids love it! Wish there were more vegetarian or fish menu choices. read more

Went to this location at 7:45 on Wednesday morning. Nothing was happening. I sat in the drive-through for five minutes no one ever came on the speaker. This location is notorious for taking forever. Their staff is often seen sitting outside smoking on break while there's a line wrapped around the building. I'm surprised this location has lasted this long. read more

I love sonic especially when they have the 50 cent corn dog deals, they had one on Halloween and it was so convenient. This sonic has occasionally given some not so good burgers to us, the bread was a bit hard and the meat was cold but other than that they have always given great service. read more

Another horrible experience. They forgot a burger and our ice cream. And the burgers we did receive were made incorrectly. So over Sonic. We will never eat there again!!! read more

We ate outside. All the tables were filthy. We informed the waitress, who said she would be right back to clean them. They did not. It's gross and disgusting. read more

The high school aged kids who hang out here should not be encouraged by the staff to continue disruptive and unsafe behavior such as speeding in circles through the parking lot while chain smoking, or blasting music to gain attention. Additionally, the staff should be focused on doing the job they are paid for, not hanging out with their friends while said friends are being disruptive. If the staff were able to focus on the task at hand, the food that was delivered to us would not only match what we ordered on the receipt (close, but not what we ordered), but perhaps it wouldn't be stale. (It was not appealing and tasted bad so it got thrown out.) Guys, if you wouldn't appreciate bad service yourself, do not provide bad service. And if you wouldn't enjoy stale or old food, do not serve it. Sorry, but this location was just not good. We won't be back. read more

I will never go back to this Sonic! My order came out incomplete and when I said something I was accused of "hiding" the missing food. Not by one person but two. I am one of those people that gets bothered by people that don't pay for what's on the bottom of their buggy so I was very offended by this accusation. If I hadn't been picking up for my mom I would have demanded a full refund and left it all there. read more

I've been there a few times and things have been alright, it's VERY slow. Today I went there with my friend and the order came out COMPLETELY wrong and we told her and the girl changed it but when we got our orders it was still wrong but we didn't notice until we left. So now currently there is peanut butter in my ice cream and now I'm on the way to the emergency room. (I'm allergic to peanuts) SO THANK YOU SONIC!!!! read more

I love Sonic for their shakes and cream slushies. This Sonic is just like all the others young HS kids serving but they are friendly.

This sonic is my favorite. Always fast, and fresh food. Way better than their local independently owned competition.

Love the shakes/blasts, but holy guacamole are they slow. I mean there is slow & then there is a snail's pace slow. Quoting ESPN "Come on, man!" read more
