We stopped by tonight after a new special was announced, so they were obviously VERY busy. The staff was transparent when we walked in and told us we would have a longer wait, but after finding a seat and flipping through some of the books in the back with our kids, I think waited *maybe* 15 minutes before our order was brought out. Definitely check out this cute, spooky spot! Also, look through all of the decor! A lot is art made by locals and I find new cool stuff every time we go in!

The young man at the register had snarky comments and did not want to be there and made not only our, but his coworkers problems. The young lady in glasses named Stephanie was so rude to us that we genuinely had to ask each other if we were over reacting. She was rude and unprofessional. I have been in the service industry for over 10 years FOH and BOH, I understand we all can have a bad day but we don't take that out on each other or the guest. They mentioned they were short 2 people and we said no problem, no rush. We all know what that's like. Travelled from San Diego and Phx, AZ. Will not ever go back to that location. Management really needs to take a look at their register staff and ask themselves if these are the faces they want to represent their brand. Ice cream was good though, probably the most disappointing part.

I got the waffle cone, and the scoop was HUGE. I was astonished that it was only one scoop. I do think they should have smaller scoop sizes available because it was ginormous. It took me a long time to eat it, but it was excellent. The Peach Chai Ripe was a very unique and impressive flavour that I enjoyed sampling, although not something I would want to eat a lot of. The shop is narrow, and the seating was crowded. There was only one trash can at the back of the shop, which was really inconvenient because you have to go through a whole crowd just to throw your trash away.
