This is probably one of the worst restaurants fast food ever this is my third time here and the first time was just as bad. They take 30 minutes to make a regular cheeseburger and fries on top of all of that they bring it out and it's the wrong order they give me a hotdog so they go back inside for another 15 minutes to get my order on top of that. They said they will refund me, but it will take three business days and I had to pay for the food again because they charge me for the wrong item. I don't know who the owner is but you need to get your staff together or you will be going out of business. read more

There is one lady that works there who is awesome. Very friendly and always gets my order right. The rest of the staff are friendly enough but they're kids and they don't listen. You tell them easy ice and they bring you a cup full of ice and about 4 sips of whatever you're drinking. Seriously why am I paying 3.59 for a cup full of ice with a hint of cherry limeade? They also do this annoying thing where the screen says someone is on their way with your order and then about 10 minutes later they actually bring it out. Consistently poor quality food. Five times I give them chances and they get it right once. Always something wrong with my order such as stale hotdog texture. Chewy. Fries are either not cooked long enough or have sat too long under light. My last cherry limeade here had no cherry, no lime slice, something I'm very used to seeing at other locations. The employees here are horribly rude to their customers. I went this past weekend and they were busy and have no issue waiting when places are busy but they need to train their employees how to properly talk to their customers. When I went to order all the employee on the speaker said was were busy it's going to be awhile and then ended the conversation. No courtesy at all. The service is ok but the food is horrible. Almost every single time I order a burger they will get something wrong. So I started to order on the app and they still get something wrong or forget something. The cook will nuke the burger and it has no flavor. They will put tooooo much sauce or the wrong sauce. I wish it gave me the option to leave 0 stars. I will never stop at this location again after todays experience. I ordered an Oreo blast to just pay for a cup of solid ice cream with maybe a piece or 2 of Oreo crumbs on top. The more I mixed I noticed my blast wasn't even mixed so I paid almost $4 for a mini kids cup of plain ice cream. A carhop came to my car and I showed her and instead of trying to fix the problem all she said with an attitude was that they have a machine that measures their candy and if I wanted more Oreo I would be charged. Never once apologized. She then called the manager, who was not at all helpful. I showed him the cup of ice cream and he said the same thing if I want more Oreo I would have to pay for more. Again didn't receive no kind of customer service. I hope they both take training classes on how to provide good customer service because they did everything but that today. I at one point in my life worked for this company and I'm ashamed of what it has come too. What happened to providing good customer service and making things right for the customer. Instead tonight I drove home and stopped for my own Oreos at a store to add to my plain cup of soggy ice cream. This is what they call an Oreo blast. Safe your time and money people. read more

I placed an order for 27 drinks as a treat for staff. They were courteous and professional and had the drinks ready at the time promised (I called ahead with such a large order). The drinks were labeled and in drink carriers. They even helped me put them into boxes. Staff was prompt and courteous and I would definitely recommend and visit this Sonic again! read more

The new joke in our family is "how will Sonic in Lavon cut corners this time?" You order a blast you get half ice cream half blast. Your burgers come with half the toppings. No fruit in your drinks anymore either. Can we get new management please???? read more

Oh boy, where do I start? I love Sonic! Their limeades are the best! I do NOT love (or even like) this Lavon location. They got my drink order wrong - I ordered a Raspberry Limeade and all I got was Sprite. I didn't realize until I drove away and tasted it. Getting orders wrong is very annoying to the customer, but that's not what bothered me. I repeatedly try to call this location and simply get a refund but either the line is busy or it just rings and rings and rings (see attached picture for proof, 0970 is the store and 6642 is customer service). Since there was no answer I called customer service who said there was nothing they could do but would pass a message to the store to call me. Do I think that will happen? You guessed it, no. I don't know what is worse, the inability to get a simple drink order right, the fact that the store never picks up their phone (probably to avoid complaints since it probably happens often) or Customer Service's lack of service. I suggest you bypass this Sonic and either go to the Rockwall ones or Wylie one. read more

They are only getting one star because I am unable to give them zero! We moved to this area in May and have given this location multiple tries and after tonight I am DONE! They are the slowest and rudest place! We waited over 30 minutes for our food and there was no explanation as to what was taking so long or an apology for the wait. Who ever is putting together the food at the lacation in lavon needs to learn the menu, and everyone needs to learn how to listen. When you order a #10, your supposed to get a chicken sandwich with ranch lettuce and tomato, not just a dab of ranch the size of a penny and no lettuce or tomato. And when you order a chicken wrap and say no tomato, it doesn't mean no lettuce as well. read more
