The coney was meh, the breakfast burrito was trash, the fries were just tiny bits left from the basket, the strawberry limeade was mostly club soda, the grape limeade was mostly syrup. Me and my husband went tonight at 10pm. As we arrived there were 3 other cars in the order stalls. As we got ready to order they turned all the stalls and the lights off as if they were closed. We waited 15 minutes then pulled into the drive thru. We waited again 5 minutes with no response . My husband was about to pull off and I advised him to say hello, as he said hello someone said " give me a minute " ..... like um ok . We finally ordered and I checked our food my chicken sandwich was old and stale and they gave me a strawberry shake not a strawberry cheesecake shake which was also watery .... If you don't like a customer service job dont work there its as simple as that. read more

If I could give a negative star review I would. We had two major issues with our experience at sonic. First was a problem with an app. The second was the customer service. We placed an order on the app, paid for it, and then it told us to park in one of the stalls and enter the stall number. We did that, and it said the order would be ready at their projected time. That time came and went, and no food came. I waited five minutes before pushing the button to notify them that we were there still waiting. They asked what named the order was under and I gave them my name and they said there was no order for that name. I told them that it was ordered on the app and told them what was in the order and they again said there is no order for that name. They asked if it was under a different name, but it was not. They then told me there was nothing they could do And turned off the speaker. I walked up to the building to the door of the carhops come out of. Nobody would help me there until they carhop walk by. I asked her about my order and she said something into the headset to somebody else and then told me they did not have my order. I showed her the order on the phone And she said "we can't do anything about app issues". I told her I had paid for this order and wanted my food and she said "we can't do anything about that." And proceeded to walk back in the building, so I asked her for a manager as she was walking away, and apparently the manager overheard me. She asked the car hop what the name on the order was and I told her. She pulled a bag with my order on it from somewhere and placed it on a tray in front of the carhop. by this time, it was 11 minutes after the time my order was supposed to come, and I was not happy because of the service. To top it off the carhop messed around, looking at other things for another minute before taking the bag off the tray and handing it to me. No apology no thank you, nothing. Luckily, the order was correct but by the time we got it, it was cold and the fries were limp. To make things worse I found my receipt and there was a customer service link so I clicked it, it took me through a long survey where I put the exact information noted above, it asked if I would like to be contacted and I entered my information and when I hit submit, it came up with a message, saying "survey no longer valid" At this point, I decided to try their website for customer service, which had a SMS chat function. Of course it is a bot that asks you things like your name and some general information. When I told it my complaint, it said it was connecting me with a real person. Then it said my wait time would be three hours and 15 minutes. Of course I did not wait but at 1:48 AM their customer service person started texting me and when they didn't get a reply, they shut down the chat. I'm going to get this feedback to sonic one way or another. Anybody who is involved with customer service or customer service training with sonic should be fired. This is an absolutely pathetic excuse for service. read more

Worst experience in our multi state Sonic history! Ordered 3 dogs, 1 tater & 2 drinks. Got 2 dogs and a demand to pay for a 4th dog to get our 3rd one. Severin was the "enforcer". Receipt clearly showed 1 combo and 2 extra dogs but that didn't matter. Hubby just drove away with 2. Wouldn't have wanted the 3rd as the buns were stale and our appetites ruined. We just ordered a #8 combo with groovy fries and a Twisted lime recharger drink. Chicken was just ok, the fries were roo. Temp at best, and drink was flavorless. The cashier gave us the drink first and when she came back, she said they were still cooking the chicken. At that point I asked about the drink. Thought maybe the soda was out of syrup and told her about the drink, she went to check, came back a few minutes later with the food, and never said a work about the drink and just walked away. We sat there thinking she was going to sat something else. After another 4 or 5 minutes she came back and I asked her again about the drink and how i thought she was going to let me know, but she really said nothing. The girl, Nevaeh, According to the receipt, was not helpful and was even kind of rude. So I didn't ask for a remake of the drink. I wasn't sure what we'd get. Stopped by on Halloween, pull up to the window to hear a female screaming and berating someone. Pretty shocking. The young female dressed as a scarecrow comes to the window, unfriendly with an attitude. Takes my card, then cusses at her coworker asking him (Tyler) to log her in. Drops a good 4 F bombs and starts giving him attitude. The manager (dark haired male) comes over and does nothing. Giving a 2 star review because this location is really hit or miss. The past four times we have had issues, the first time items were left out. Second time we weren't even able to order because they said the system was down. Third time we ordered and got to the window and she said cash only. We told her we weren't told that before ordering, she said "I mean I can try" so she's runs the card and it works. So why they were telling people no and turning people away is beyond me." And items were forgotten. Fourth time is today. I called ahead to make sure they were open and that everything was working . After the last two times I was rightful to ask. Well, my last review was about 2 years ago so my view has changed just a little. I really only go to this Sonic now for drinks or ice cream. I've had a lot of inconsistency with the fries, tots, and onion rings. I don't expect that they'll be fresh every time but I just can't take the flaccid fries, oily stale tots, and the barely battered onion rings anymore. I would say save yourself some money and only order a small onion ring if you're getting onion rings because they almost always only put 4-5 onion rings in the bag and it's like $3+ for a medium or large with the same amount of o-rings. Also, between this Sonic and the one at Black Lake, they conveniently don't have any onion rings at night but that's just my own speculation. I also recommend not coming exactly at 8pm when they have 1/2 priced shakes, floats, and cream slushes. This Sonic is usually packed and the wait time is usually pretty long in the stalls and in the drive thru once it hits 8pm. It also makes it hard for people who are in the stalls to leave because people will line up down the main aisleway. So, you get stuck in the stall and more people can't come in and take your stall because you can't get out. As far as customer service goes, I seem to still get service with a smile and a bit of positivity in the voices on the other end of the speakerbox. So that's nice. I know that's not everyone's experience but it's been mine and it makes it so I don't mind waiting a little longer to get my drink. I kind of stick to the drive-thru now since I only get drinks. It's usually quicker except around 8pm. I still give it 3 stars since it's close to my house and it's a great place to get a late night treat for not a whole lot of money. read more

Got in the drive-thru line; there was one car in front of us. After 2-3 minutes they pulled away. We reached the speaker and saw a sign on it stating that the ice cream machine was down. Never have been a fan of carhops during the colder weather days, so I prefer to go through the drive thru (they get cold too). Whomever I've talked to has always been pleasant, I get my food with a bit of a wait (which means they're making it) and I'm ok with that. This place SUCKS! The employees are rude and so incompetent. It's really unbelievable that they stay in business after reading all the horrible reviews. Not only does their night staff really suck but their day staff is now just as bad. I had stopped to pick up an order from this location a handful of times, to pull up to the stalls and have them tell me they were not accepting orders before their posted closing time. Then today, I stopped just to grab a water, literally all I wanted. Pulled up to the stall and was told they are only doing drive thru orders, there wasn't many people in line so I moved to the drive thru and ordered my water. Sat in line for way too long then got up to the window, they made me pay for the water but then did not give me a straw. Of course, I didn't notice the incompetency on their end until I had already pulled out of the drive thru and sure enough there was an even longer line behind me. So I went back to the stall an let them know I needed a straw, the lady told me I could go back through the drive through. So not only did they make me pay for the beverage, but then they gave me no way to drink it and expected me to wait on them for their mistake for another ten minutes. I was probably the last customer tonight 4/22. I drove in at 10:30. When I drove in I saw 2 employees running into the restaurant while another was smoking. The person on the intercom said I would "need to wait a couple minutes because they were about to close and there wasn't any meat" I asked for how long? And she said 5 minutes. I ordered and paid for a double cheeseburger with bacon. She came to the window, then turned around and came back. She said she forgot to put the bacon in the burger. It's now midnight and I've been on the toilet three times because of diarrhea. I should've checked to see if the meat was even cooked. DO NOT EAT HERE. You've been warned.
