This location refuses to make things according to the menu even after numerous complains in-person, online, and to corporate. Limeade and Fresh Fruit Slushes are supposed to have actual fruit in them! Are you saving that much money by ripping us off and not providing a consistent experience?

Food: Hot, Fresh, Quick Service: Friendly, Fast, Nice Ambiance: What you would expect at a fast food restaurant Despite the 1.6 star rating, we had a great experience here. 10/10 would recommend, and will be coming back. It was nothing like what we expected. It was GREAT! Also, those buffalo chicken bites are S tier, you need to put those on the menu full time.

First off let me say that the service was good. The food however was horrible. My boyfriend and I spent over 40$ on dinner. Nothing we ordered was good. Onion rings an fries were over cooked hard and cold. The burgers were gross. The lime-aid tasted like soda water. I would definitely not recommend this place. Save your money and cook at home.

Giving a 2 star review because this location is really hit or miss. The past four times we have had issues, the first time items were left out. Second time we weren't even able to order because they said the system was down. Third time we ordered and got to the window and she said cash only. We told her we weren't told that before ordering, she said "I mean I can try" so she's runs the card and it works. So why they were telling people no and turning people away is beyond me." And items were forgotten. Fourth time is today. I called ahead to make sure they were open and that everything was working . After the last two times I was rightful to ask. The girl on the phone laughed at me and said "uh yeah our system is working" I said "I'm only asking because the last time I came the system wasn't working and we were told you couldn't take orders" she said "yeah well it's on" and hung up. If you have the option to go somewhere else, or another location I would do that. I have it two stars because when they do get it right it it's good. We've never had a problem with drinks and how the food tastes. Just issues with the staff and location itself.

Okay I'm pretty much done. Besides constantly being out of items, their ice cream machine being down and the missed items in drive thru...they serve me this. No, I haven't eaten any yet...and yes it's about an inch and a half below full. The chocolate that I paid to have mixed in? There's a glob on the top. Which tells me she had to know how not full it was. This isn't the first time...but it's the last. Sonic is about 2-3 minutes from my home. Dairy Queen is 12-13. It's going to be worth the extra ten each way.

Onion Rings and the burnt one was in the bottom of the bag. No stars awarded

Decor is Aloha flashy but tasteful, just like the ones that draw the touristy haole crowd on the islands. And service that is quick, efficient and helpful w/o being too superficial, hovering and always in your face. With regards to our visit, definitely that laid back island attitude. As for the food, ono grindz fo sure. Not all gourmet but will feed that need. As mentioned before, you order a meal and it comes with the standard grindz, like in Hawai'i. In my case, loco moco done right, with two burger patties, two eggs, and a side of Hawaiian mac, no extra charge. Kalua pork, with rice and a side of Hawaiian mac, no extra charge. Katsu chicken, with rice and side of Hawaiian mac, no extra charge. All seriously good grub yeah. Spam musubi, if you read my reviews, you know my musubi standards. This one definitely makes my good musubi list. The one thing I haven't run into in other places here in Washington that L&L offered, MALASADAS! Nice, fresh, warm, sugary, MALASADAS! Not the soulless impersonations offered up at the Asian buffets, or the fancy jelly filled exotic bakery types. Genuine, no frills, Hawaiian MALASADAS! It has been a minute since I've had one this good. Next time, this may be all I will be ordering. Regardless, L&L Hawaiian Barbecue will definitely get a return visit from this local boy.

The scrumptiousness was living rent free in my brain all night, so today my son and I had to stop in and see what the hype was about. We ordered the Sour Diesel, the Fire, and the Afgoo, all on their toasted jalapeño cheese bread. First of all, the female employee who helped us was so friendly and welcoming. We do not eat out much, so we were genuinely excited and maybe a little impatient to try them. When they handed us the sandwiches, I immediately noticed how heavy they were. And the smell in the car on the way home, oh my goodness. Pure torture waiting to unwrap them. Then we got home and opened them up, and I was honestly shocked in the best way. There was actually a MEAL on that bread. Not one of those sad sandwiches that's 80 percent lettuce and air. These were loaded. My teenage son even commented on how good his was, and trust me, teen approval is not handed out lightly. The portions were generous, the flavors were bold, and each sandwich was totally unique and delicious. I can confidently say I have found a new favorite sub spot. Total hidden gem if you love a good sandwich that actually fills you up and tastes incredible. I did not grab a shake this time because it was freezing outside, but after seeing all the flavor options on the menu, I will absolutely be trying one next visit. Highly recommend in every aspect. I went inside to place an order. Although initially vacant at first, the space was quickly occupied by following customers lining up after my arrival. One of the employees appeared to be taking out the trash while the other greeted me and helped me with my order when I arrived. There were various options for ordering, but I decided to go with the nori wrap. You can select a customized option or go with one of their premade choices, which lists all the ingredients inside. I was feeling seafood so I went with the Seahawk. The employee asked me if I wanted everything with it, and I asked to just sub one of the sauces with the Chipotle sauce. The portions are definitely huge and worth the pricing, because she had to double wrap my order just so it would all fit and wouldn't fall out. To pair with the nori wrap, I also ordered the original miso soup, which comes with the usual tofu and seaweed but is on the sweeter side compared to what I'm used to. I personally like it sweeter but if you don't, I probably wouldn't order it. I don't often crave healthy food, but it was fairly filling and I had a good experience, so I'll be back to try out MiSo again!

I had a hard time believing him because my family jokes and calls it Taco Timmy, since it is the least Mexican looking place that makes tacos. Am I snob about that? Not at all. I love Taco Bell and Chipotle, so I had to come in and try it out. My sister in law warned me not to go because I'd be disappointed- she had been to the restaurant for business and saw how filthy the kitchen was. But when I visited it looked clean and airy, so I didn't let her words deter me from my curiosity. We came on a Sunday and this place had almost no one in it. That was the first sign. Since I love Taco Bell taco supremes, I got the Taco Time equivalent. It was dry. It reminded me of the ones Jack in the box serves where they fry the shell with the meat so that it's a hard, yet oil sopping mess. Taco Time's presentation was better, but that meat... at least Taco Bell's tacos are greasy but well seasoned. What I did like was the tater tots. Crispy, fresh, and plentiful, I'd come back to this place just for the tots. I also liked how the ketchup isn't in squeezy packs, but are packed in a dip sauce container so it's easy to sauce. Those two things earned the place another star. Was there anything else I liked? The parking was plentiful, but that also says something about the place, doesn't it.

Food: you cannot find burger or even food in general that tastes this good in Lacey. The burgers had a great crust, were seasoned well and were fresh. You can tell that it is quality meat and not some pre machined pressed and punched out burger. Toppings and bread were fresh and tasty as well. My kids never eat kids meal burgers, they ate the whole burger from here. Fries were crispy on the outside, fluffy on the inside and. seasoned just right. The fry sauce was delicious. One of my kids ate almost all of the fry sauce that we got. We got the regular and the garlic parm and both were so so tasty. The garlic parm acutually had garlic and parm on them! Onion rings were awesome too. I don't really care for them, my husband ordered these but I ended up eating half. Milk shake was awesome and there is a wide selection of fun drinks. I'm assuming I spoke with the owner when I came in? Both the owner and the other employee were super nice and even personalized the service. Great points here because almost everywhere in Lacey/tacoma/seattle most businesses are just businesses. You are a number, but not here. Don't let the tinted windows fool you. Understandably, my order was not ready by the time that I arrived, since I placed the order 5 mins before arrival. I didn't mind the wait since the restaurant was fairly clean and I was able to use their public restroom. The employee working on my order was nice enough to inform me that they were working on it, so I wouldn't be left guessing where I am in the queue, since a couple customers entered after me, probably waiting for their takeout orders as well. It took some time until my order was ready (probably just another 10 or so minutes) but waiting isn't a problem for me, as long as my order is made correctly. I was curious what the hype was with Popeyes, but now I know... I'm sticking to Chick-Fil-A. This is my first AND LAST visit to a Popeyes, ever, due to poor customer service and order inaccuracies. I placed a digital pick-up order today around 3:50 p.m. (PST) through their website and arrived at this Popeyes location around 4:13 p.m. to grab my food at the drive-thru. The order was still not ready, so they asked me to pull to the side at the drive-thru (literally blocking everyone at the exit so they had to drive around me), where I waited until about 4:27 p.m when 4+ cars' already received their order. Usually, I check my takeout orders before I leave, but I was assuming that if it took at least 30 mins to make it, the order would be checked for accuracy before handing it over to the customer??? Almost half of my order was missing! I don't care how busy it gets, I have never had this type of service or this low level of order accuracy at any other Wings restaurant (Chick-Fil-A, Wingstop, Fire Wings, etc. -- you name it). I did not check my order after pickup until I brought it home. That's what I realized I was missing: my Cajun fries, my fried pickles, my condiments of ranch and tarter sauce (which apparently they no longer have, but did not communicate that). I requested sauce on the side (for the condiments), but this was my first time ordering and did not think that meant for the [boneless] wings, so only the honey BBQ & signature hot sauces were given. Obviously, I had to inconveniently drive back to the store (luckily, I live a 10 min drive away).. When I returned to the store and walked inside, I was not greeted, and it took a few minutes for anyone to appear at the register. No surprise that there was a lack of service since the inside was empty of customers (besides one person sitting at a table with their bagged takeout order). Gawd, the vibe was like walking inside a wasteland with deadpan expressions and minimal or a lack of communication amongst all the working employees. I really should have pulled a Karen and asked to speak to a manager, but I managed to remain level-headed to tell them that several items were missing from my order. They said sorry and just gave me the excuse that it was busy. I straight up told them, I get that it's busy, but if it takes over 30 mins to make the food, I would have assumed the order would at least be correct? Then they scooped some fried pickles and Cajun fries for me into individual cartons (after I reminded them several times which items were missing). But the boneless wings? They just drizzled some sauce over it and shook the box in front of me before placing them in a new paper bag with my sides. I was appalled that this is how the sauces are added to the chicken. Or maybe it's the dystopian first-hand view of how cheap chicken can be sloppily made, and the illusion is shattered. The only thing that tasted good and worthwhile was the Gum-Gum lemonade, which is a limited-time beverage anyway. Almost $60 for this level of service and order inaccuracy is ridiculous. Mind you, I received nothing additional from this inconvenience besides pointless "sorrys," cold chicken (for all the time it took to "fix" it), almost $60 wasted, and anger. Do better.
