This location refuses to make things according to the menu even after numerous complains in-person, online, and to corporate. Limeade and Fresh Fruit Slushes are supposed to have actual fruit in them! Are you saving that much money by ripping us off and not providing a consistent experience?

Food: Hot, Fresh, Quick Service: Friendly, Fast, Nice Ambiance: What you would expect at a fast food restaurant Despite the 1.6 star rating, we had a great experience here. 10/10 would recommend, and will be coming back. It was nothing like what we expected. It was GREAT! Also, those buffalo chicken bites are S tier, you need to put those on the menu full time.

First off let me say that the service was good. The food however was horrible. My boyfriend and I spent over 40$ on dinner. Nothing we ordered was good. Onion rings an fries were over cooked hard and cold. The burgers were gross. The lime-aid tasted like soda water. I would definitely not recommend this place. Save your money and cook at home.

Giving a 2 star review because this location is really hit or miss. The past four times we have had issues, the first time items were left out. Second time we weren't even able to order because they said the system was down. Third time we ordered and got to the window and she said cash only. We told her we weren't told that before ordering, she said "I mean I can try" so she's runs the card and it works. So why they were telling people no and turning people away is beyond me." And items were forgotten. Fourth time is today. I called ahead to make sure they were open and that everything was working . After the last two times I was rightful to ask. The girl on the phone laughed at me and said "uh yeah our system is working" I said "I'm only asking because the last time I came the system wasn't working and we were told you couldn't take orders" she said "yeah well it's on" and hung up. If you have the option to go somewhere else, or another location I would do that. I have it two stars because when they do get it right it it's good. We've never had a problem with drinks and how the food tastes. Just issues with the staff and location itself.

Okay I'm pretty much done. Besides constantly being out of items, their ice cream machine being down and the missed items in drive thru...they serve me this. No, I haven't eaten any yet...and yes it's about an inch and a half below full. The chocolate that I paid to have mixed in? There's a glob on the top. Which tells me she had to know how not full it was. This isn't the first time...but it's the last. Sonic is about 2-3 minutes from my home. Dairy Queen is 12-13. It's going to be worth the extra ten each way.

Onion Rings and the burnt one was in the bottom of the bag. No stars awarded

Not good. I come from Oklahoma where Sonic is based from and is so much better there. My burgers and fries here are always cold.

I finally got to try Katsu Burger with my son earlier this week (weekday afternoon), and I can…read moreconfidently say it lived up to the hype! When I initially walked in, it wasn't too busy, but it filled up quickly while I was still figuring out how to order. They use a kiosk system where you choose dine-in or takeout, and it's nicr that each menu item had photos and ingredient descriptions so it made it way easier to decide, especially for our first visit. The space itself is small and quaint with a couple tables, but full of lovely art. There's lots of cute anime and Japanese-themed decor, including figurines, plushies, and artwork, giving the place such a cozy, cutesy aesthetic. I also noticed they might be hiring, based on the sign at the entrance. I came here because my cousin-in-law (who lives in upper Washington) mentioned the place, and I needed a redemption meal after being disappointed by another chicken spot recently. Katsu Burger definitely delivered! The burgers here aren't your typical American-style burgers. They don't taste as greasy and sub cabbage instead of lettuce, similar to garnish for a tonkatsu plate. And surprisingly, the photos on the kiosk actually match what you get (no false advertising here!). The employee behind the counter was super kind and helped guide us through the ordering process. I don't think they take cash so maybe that's why orders are placed through the kiosk. For food: My son ordered the Tokyo Tower burger as-is, and I tried the Umami Burger with light cabbage (not a huge fan of crunchy water veggies like lettuce/cabbage/etc.). Both were AMAZING. I have heard of tonkatsu but I had no idea what beef katsu was before this. Thought it was just a regular beef patty, but wow.. it was crispy, flavorful, and just overall delicious. We ordered takeout and didn't even get home for about 30 minutes, but the food was still warm enough to enjoy without reheating. Portion-wise, my burger was perfect: filling but manageable (i think i made the right choice with light cabbage). My son's Tokyo Tower was massive (almost too big for him to handle xD), but we both agreed everything tasted incredible. I was tempted to try a bento box, but I knew I wouldn't finish it if I was already ordering a katsu burger. Next time though! My son already has his eye on the enormous Mt. Fuji burger, so we'll definitely be back. Parking is decent, though it can get busy during the day since it's near a gym and other businesses. Overall, if you're in the Lacey area, you HAVE to try this Katsu Burger at least once. It looks like they have about 8 other locations too in the other towns so if you're not in Lacey, there still might be one nearby you. The burgers are absolutely the star of the show :) I'm already looking forward to our next visit!

I recently moved back to Lacey from Seattle and am glad to see great restaurants from Seattle choosing to open up shop here. I absolutely love burgers, I actually prefer mine no frills and class. But I also love Japanese food--Katsu Burger is the perfect solution when I can't decide between something Asian or a burger for dinner. The Lacey location is at a spot that once served great burgers when I was a kid and was also a Thai joint for a while.

Of co course, as fate would have it, my picky eaters order was wrong. Instead of getting the chicken strips they wanted they gave him fish and chips which he hates. Did not discover this until I was home. Service was quick and courteous. I asked for a double Boca, and they kept questioning the decision which is o.k. I guess, however I wish they would use impossible instead as it is better tasting. Bocca is so-so. My double with the gluten free bun was o.k. but small they charged an extra $4.35 for the bun and all I could taste was goop. The double bacon was good and fries were fantastic. Tots were alright. The worst part is their phones DO NOT WORK! NOR THEIR ONLINE ORDERING OR FACE BOOK MESSAGES. I have to literally will have to drive back to tell them their mistake.

The drive up…read morewas always on the funky side and we made it a tradition to stop here for lunch while on the way to the ocean beaches to run the dogs. The dogs eventually lost their enthusiasm for such a long car trip and so that kind of ended our frequent visits here. We used to go to a nearby park to eat our hamburgers and fries. But while we didn't go back for a quite a while Eastside Big Tom's changed quite a bit. They added seating on their premises which is under an open outside roof. And as you wander through this area it's loaded with dinosaur props! There are all sorts of dinosaurs hanging out here while you eat your burger and fries. They have a speaker on inside the open roof with snarling, growling and roaring in the style of what dinosaurs may do. Since they added seating they also added a walk up as well to place your orders in addition to the still existing drive up. Eastside Big Tom's has maintained their five star score just with the fact they made everything so much more funkier that it once was. My favorite things to order here is the cheeseburger, French Fries ( to share as it's a pretty big order) and a Dr. Pepper milkshake. Eastside Big Tom's has even thrown in more motivation to have us be more frequent customers again!

I went there on lunch today to find out for myself. They had one guy taking orders who seemed to be the owner and one guy working the grill. When I arrived there were already a few people waiting which isn't uncommon. I placed my order for, A double deluxe. Pretty straightforward. Double cheeseburger really. People continued to arrive as we all continued to wait. 40 minutes later I got my burger. Just finished it. Shockingly, it was quite good. Tasted like it always has so I was stoked. That being said, the service was problematic to say the least. Their cashier who I can only assume is the owner was bickering with the guy on the grill and publicly. They were arguing over workflow on what should be prioritized, what he needed, etc. They did this in front of us. There must have been at least six of us waiting inside and out. The lack of professionalism was disappointing. The food was still good but I don't think I'll go back. There are other places who make a good burger like Tom's, or Vans!
