Stop by traveling thru the area and I didn't like the food it wasn't fresh. The popcorn chicken was hard with a few soft pieces.

Cost of a second of tea $3.02 or large!!! Crazy, should have at least given me a discount. Starbucks only charges $0.25 for coffee refill.

Food was horrible, waited a while for order, thought food would be fresh since we waited a while. Location wasn't busy at the time

Disgusting bathroom, messed up my order, and not very polite. It also took a long time.

CC machine was down, but food was hot and you cannot beat the Happy Hour drink specials! Much better experience than DQ next door...

Austin Street Creamery - Walk up window

Austin Street Creamery

After a spicier than expected dinner, we were in the mood for ice cream. The review for Austin…read moreStreet Creamery on a site run by a large search engine said, "The salted caramel crunch was the best ice cream I've ever had in my life." Since we're both salted caramel fans, we were sold. Careful when you're looking for it (and you should), since it's got a small sign and the window is on the side of the building. (See pics) We can fully endorse the review that brought us; the salted caramel crunch was absolutely amazing. Steve uses top shelf ingredients and makes his own caramel. The ice cream is smooth and delicious. It's creamy (but not the gooey, mouth coating stuff made by a mega corporation pretending to be Scandanvian). There are chocolate chunks, about 1/8" thick, probably made from the quality chocolate that they use for other flavors. It's like home made if the person at home was an expert chef. I can't wait to go back.

TLDR: Charming walk-up serving homemade ice cream; recommended despite minor quibbles…read more Tucked away in the Whitetail Court boutique hotel (a block from the Marktplatz), Austin Street Creamery is a charming walk-up window scooping fresh, house-made ice cream. I tried the Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough and Birthday Cake flavors, which both tasted great. The birthday cake ice cream tasted slightly artificial, but the sprinkles added a fun crunch. The chocolate chip cookie dough tasted like real cookie dough and had small bites of their homemade cookies mixed throughout, though I do wish the chunks were bigger. Both flavors were creamy, not icy, and not overly sweet. Overall, it's a delightful stop downtown with easy, quick service and a lovely courtyard to enjoy your scoops. I'd happily come back and recommend it to anyone visiting Fredericksburg.

I have no expectations about the food here - especially fish and chips. Ever since I tasted fish and chips in England many years ago, there's not a place in Texas that comes close to British fish and chips. So, imagine my surprise when this cod fish dinner at Culver's was placed in front of me to eat. Cod is the only fish I will eat for fish and chips. This fast food place has cod! Not only that, for a limited time, they have Walleye fish and chips dinner! I went to town on this fish dinner. Bought one each and took home the walleye dinner for tonight's dinner. Anyway, the fish was cooked almost perfectly - just a little oily but this is a fast food place not a British pub! That first bite was crunchy, hot and surprisingly delicious! I was able to finish 2 of the 3 I had ordered. It came with Cole slaw, a roll and of course French fries. What a surprise that was! As for the walleye dinner, I had to eat it the next day. It got reheated in the air fryer and it came out hot, crunchy and oh, so tasty! Ambiance wise, the place is refrigerator cold. If ever I go back there during lent this year, I will bring a jacket! Overall, I'm very impressed with the food. It's not British pub quality but for a fish and chips place in Kerrville, TX, this was quite a very nice surprise. I would go back there for fish and chips. England across the pond is quite a long way from here for the real fish and chips but I'll take Culver's fish and chips any time the mood hits me.

This quick service eatery is cooking up a myriad of classic fare…read more I tried their famous butter burger with crinkle cut fries. Delicious! Perfectly cooked, flavorful and fresh. Not feeling like a burger? No worries. To our surprise Culver's Strawberry Fields Salad with grilled chicken was crisp, fresh, and the chicken was moist and tasty. I highly recommend... cheers!
