Twice, we have stopped passing through Junction. Small cafe with lots of choices. Also, a senior menu. Have had the same waitress, who has been efficient, and service has been top notch. We have enjoyed our selections, both times. Will stop again when passing through. read more

Hey, who doesn't love a good breakfast in a shitty looking old building. I sat at the counter got to order right away. The service was so fast. They have a drive-through window and all the local characters. Were there getting their ham and eggs. I made a bacon egg toast sandwich and drip the yolk all over the plate and soaked it up with the bread. It was so good. You happen to be in junction stop by and get your breakfast. I tried going to another place in town for steak fingers, actually it was just a stones through away from this place. But despite the fact that said places hours said they would be open they were not. So I ended up here. The steak fingers here are handmade for sure. They were nice and tender, however they were heavily salt, for me. They also claim to have shoe string fries on the menu, they've changed to a thicker cut. I asked for them to be cooked crispier because of this, but that didn't happen. The cream gravy good. Great sweet tea. And the Texas toast was buttery deliciousness. read more

Made a stop by this place on Saturday as we were passing through Junction. Food was ok, a bit pricey for the quality. Service wasnt any better, the tall blonde lady that waited on us made us feel like we were an inconvenience and just wasn't very friendly overall. Ok, it was super busy, so I'll start there to be fair. The little teen girls (2) that were serving were doing all they could and were friendly enough. However, the burgers came out 1/2 size the bun on a junior, and had cheese, so we had to wait for another. The first service was over 30 mins. Then we ordered a pizza later, so we expected a long wait only to finally ask for it in a box, and it came out ice cold and had been sitting a while. It went into the trash. I'd try again on a less busy day because the rest of the food was VERY good. They aren't permanently closed, so I'm not sure why it says that. read more

This was a cool off the interstate find. Diner style, seat yourself and pay at the counter. Service was prompt and food came out quickly but the waitress had the entire place so she wasn't able to check up on us for refills but was kind when we called her over for refills. Chicken strips were great, burger as well (kids had these). We also got the beef fajita and chicken fajita salads and the salad as dressing was really good. We would definitely stop in again on our way through Junction. read more
