Thank you to the owner, Nicole, for explanation of no sugar added options and availability at their yogurt shop.

Sometimes though I think her eyes are bigger than her stomach because we fill up our cups and then they are melted and we are full before we can finish, heh. Even with my Yelp check ins the prices are still substantially higher than other Yogurt and ice cream shops I frequent.

No where to park (BEWARE FIRST TIME CUSTOMERS) So we just went through the drive through. We pull up without knowing what to get (I know, my bad). We asked the **thrilled** employee working there what she would recommend. She suggest butterscotch (didn't elaborate further). She didn't have the best personality, but she got the job done. I ordered ice cream in a cup and the friend ordered a pineapple milkshake. The portion of ice cream was unfathomable. It was probably equal to a WHOLE carton of ice cream. So much so that I had to dump out majority of it in the parking lot of some government building (sorry!!). Friend liked the shake, but mentioned that it had hints of lactaid. I was done with the ice cream in under 10 minutes after it dripped everywhere. They do no offer toppings for the plain soft serve whatsoever. So who in their right mind can just eat mounds of straight vanilla?!?! My Diet Coke made up for the ice cream however I had only about two sips of it because of how much ice they put in it. Anyways, maybe it was a case of not ordering the right thing, or not getting fantastic service, or maybe this place is just overrated.

The chocolate and mint chocolate chip combo is the move. Trust me. Get them together. The chocolate was really good, although mine was a little too firm for my liking. The mint chocolate chip, however, was exactly the right texture and really good. Put the two together and you have yourself a winner. Service was fast and friendly, and the prices were about what you would expect compared to other ice cream shops. Nothing complicated here. Good ice cream, friendly people, and a name that apparently brings out my inner 12-year-old. Come get your beans or your creams here.

Sadly I don't buy fudge often and I rarely crave it, but I was happy that they have it as an option for those that love it. This just means I have to visit them again and try a bit of fudge. The ice cream line was a bit long because they make other cold treats, too. It's all good because we didn't have a lot going on and was thankful they were open that day, so I was patient. The family and I were visiting Natchitoches for the weekend and of course thought of getting a memorabilia of some sort. I'm not that big of a shopper and don't like collecting things. If you're into that sort of thing... they have a bunch of trinkets that you'll like! The ice cream was definitely worth the wait. I just wish I would have gotten more scoops because it was a really hot day. It's close to the river and other fun downtown eateries and establishments. We moved from Texas to Florida five years ago and I have been missing good catfish. This is some of the best catfish I've had in my life. Super fresh, not fishy at all.
