This place is on the up and up. They have moved to a larger location but still has drive-thru. I called prior to visiting to ensure they offered Latte's. I chose to utilize the drive through. In which the cashier was very helpful a recognized my voice from the previous phone call. I ordered a caramel latte. Speed of service: The service was very fast as the cashier also had a customer inside but managed to complete my order in a fast manner. Temperature of latte: Unlike other coffee shops the latte was received at the right temperature not to burn my tongue. Taste: The flavor was not bold at all, and kinda on the flat side. This is my 3rd time coming to this place since we're not from Alexandria. This is the first time my order was wrong. I ordered a Caramel "frappe" but it tasted like a vanilla caramel shake. Basically no espresso in it. Told the lady that i didnt taste any espresso in it and she said "you didn't ask for espresso to be added" ???? I thought a frappe is has espresso included! She kindly made me a new one and i asked her "so the frappes don't come with any coffee/espresso?" And she said "when people come in and order these they don't want the espresso" so what made her think i didnt want espresso in mines?!! A frappe comes with espresso!!! She even charged me for a damn espresso shot because i wanted a real "frappe" lol. Won't be coming here again. read more

First time WOULD BE customer. Arrive at 8:05 and wouldn't serve us coffee because she had just cleaned the machines knowing they don't close till 9! If you ain't closing till 9 you should keep your coffee machines on till ATLEAST 8:30! Makes them look lazy and just ready to go home instead of wanting to serve others. Will not be back! read more

Beans N' Cream is unique. The ice cream is homemade and is delicious. I wish the coffee was better, but let's be honest, you're going for the ice cream. I was seriously disappointed in this establishment. After hearing from a few people that the ice cream was delicious - in spite of the limited amount of available toppings. So I visited this evening - walked in the door and no greeting. The three young girls were talking among themselves without acknowledging me or my guest. We stood at the counter area while they finished their conversation. When I was fed up and ready to leave one of the girls turned and asked if we needed help. So.....I was supposed to come around the counter and scoop my own ice cream?? I asked if they could make a cherry sundae and she said yeah. Then she asked me what toppings I wanted and I told her I wanted cherry sundae, and she said well I could put one cherry on top. Wow...... one cherry a cherry sundae does not make......
