I got a double espresso with dry foam and ordered the blueberry lemon bread, banana chocolate chip bread, and the cheddar jalapeno kolache for the group to try. I loved my coffee and I really appreciated the barista working with me to create something that matched my mood. My friend had The Henry, toasted marshmallow and amaretto with oat milk latte and The Kinsley, cheesecake and brown sugar cinnamon flavoring. Their drinks were also delicious and not cloyingly sweet. This is literally the only roaster in the pineville and Alexandria area and they roast a great coffee!! The coffee and options are plentiful and they are very inviting and friendly. It's a family owned business and there are baked goods from the local area. There's seating outside and great to go options as well as a food truck downtown pineville. Reminds me of my SeaTac roots. The girl was nice, I got an iced latte, it tasted like the bottom of the pot. Part of me wanted to leave before I ordered though, because the place was disgusting. I've been there a few times. Today the barista took my card, swiped it, handed it back to me, then walked away. I asked about tipping. he walked back over, turned the screen around and it was still on the tip screen. makes me think he was going to tip himself the max hoping I wouldn't know. Recently moved to the area. I have searched for a local coffee shop for weeks and had been unsuccessful. UNTIL, I stumbled upon this gem. Quaint, quiet and comfortable. Free wifi and a few tables & sitting areas for comfort. Has a decent sized coffee menu with a variety of flavors for cold brew. Which is excellent because this is the ONLY place I've found iced coffee. $5 for a large flavored ice coffee with whipped cream. Nice friendly service. I will be back!! read more

Hidden Grounds is one of my favorite places to be! The people are the best part. The coffee is super great and here is where I started to try new types of coffee! I've studied, done homework, met with bible study girls, and read scripture here. I always leave having had some type of sweet or funny conversation with someone I've run into here even if it's one of the employees. They have great coffee, lunch, snacks, and breakfast! I highly recommend. They now have an Alexandra location as well that we haven't been to yet, but I'm sure is great as well! read more

Great local coffee spot. I am not a scone fan since they usually have the texture of a cave man's hammer, but theirs are a bit softer. Only negative is getting out of the parking lot because of the intersection, but otherwise definitely a spot I would visit again. read more

I walked in and the staff was very friendly and was more than welcoming. It's a very cute little place. It was hard to find for a second (no wonder it's called "hidden grounds").
