He obviously told her it should have been marked and couldn't be seen in bad weather, but great customer service!! Husband has been trying to speak to the so-called manager at Sonic, and when he finally reached her, she hung up on him and now doesn't take his phone calls. Understandable why they only have 1.5 stars on Yelp. If you manage a business like this, you will obviously not have great employees working there or very high standards when the manager has set such a low bar for herself.

I walked in as the lady was going to the restroom. I waited a bit, and she came back out. I said hello. She did not say hi or anything. I asked if she accepted this coupon. I couldn't barely hear what she was saying. I place my order and forget the name of the bread she just strug her shoulder . Instead of helping me out. I don't frequent subway alot. Seem every subway i go to everyone just seem to be unhappy. But to get to this point. As I started ordering 4 more people came in. Then the another lady came out of the backroom to help. As I was telling her what to put on my sub. I can hear talking to the other lady and using the f- word in front of customers. The lady also give a bad vibe like she doesn't want to be there. And when I went to pay for food. She didn't stick around. She left back to making sub and i took the receipt myself and left. It sad that people this day and age complains about doing a job that isn't even hard. There people in other part of the world who does the same. Or work back-breaking jobs and get paid nothting. But still give 100% customer service professionalism and does not complain. I mean, why be there if you don't want to be there.

Just absolutely amazing. I had the Rosceaux with Garlic Butter Waffle fries, and let me just say right out: TOO MUCH FOOD! Honestly, I ordered a whole when a half was first offered, but I convinced myself that I was hungry. Well, I was hungry, and then I wasn't. I am a chicken sandwich aficionado, and I've had everything from Chick-Fil-A to Popeye's, but ain't nothing coming close to The Rosceaux! It was fried perfectly, but the compliments of the hot honey and blue cheese coleslaw just put chicken on another plane! I wanted to eat all of my fries, but I had to save some for my wife. She's the fries expert (but not a chicken fan), and she agreed it was some of the best she's had. My son has sadly moved out of state, but I will take up the mantle and continue to patronize Viva La Waffle for the foreseeable future! Excellent food! Can't wait to see what to try next!

The burgers were over cooked, but not to the point you couldn't eat them. I know ow some people like a grilled crust on their burgers. The fries were so crispy and seasoned just right.
