Not a bad wait time around 8:00 on a Saturday. I got 2 milkshakes and the delicious cheesesticks. I typically only come to Sonic for shakes and snacks. Never had a burger but I may have to soon! The carhop was nice as well as the person taking my order. read more

Well, Third Strike YOUR OUT!!! Honestly Come On! Don't You See All The Negative Ratings? I ordered my Food on the Sonic App, requested it be Ready at 4:30, Arrived at the correct time, and WAITED!!! Sonic Drive-In - Really Sonic? You can do better than this! - Burgers Near Me - Hendersonville, Tennessee

Order a combo 15 with no sausage extra bacon and I received just the burrito and way undercooked bacon missing tots and coffee The bacon made me so sick threw up the bits that I tired to eat. Car hop was nice but terrible food read more

Went with my Grand daughter. So Rude when they forgot her toy for the kids meal. And I ask for it. She answered with a what do you need? And a we're out!! That blunt both times. not to mention the order was correct on the screen but all messed up when they brought it. They were so rude we just ate the cheese burger without the cheese they forgot. Her slush was cherry we received Grape. And not long ago on their sign it read Hiring Smiling faces. Yeah you could use some. We won't go back. read more

This location is the worst. If you like Sonic, you should seriously try to find another one close by. I would avoid this one on New Shackle Island Rd. until they can get their act together....I ordered an Oreo Sonic Blast + Reese's Cups add-in. When they gave it to me, it was almost completely vanilla ice cream. I dug all the way to the bottom and found one maybe two pieces of Oreos....no trace of the Reese's Cup add-in...They didn't want to remake it. The manager wanted to argue that it's fine for them to just add some Oreos in by hand and mix them around with my spoon...I said if you made the Blast WRONG, shouldn't you remake it the way it was intended? He said "No, not with ice cream" - WHY argue with the customer on something so small like this???....because they turned the ice cream off and didn't want to clean it again I'm sure. I'm DONE with this location. The White House Sonic is BY FAR better than this one on New Shackle!!! They're always NICE and FRIENDLY at the White House location AND, in the off event that something isn't right with an item, they say something to the effect of "I'm so sorry, let me get them to re-make you a fresh one". Was the manager at the New Shackle sorry that I received an item that was not up to par? No, he just wanted to get me my refund and get me out of there...Did he offer any coupon for the bad experience for me to use on my next visit? Not a chance...This place has issues that need to be addressed by someone other than the store manager and I'm apparently not the only one who's noticed.. read more

Several visits now on the screen says your server is on your way with your order, then you sit there and wait for another 15 minutes afterwards. It's ridiculous. read more

Lousy service! Eye rolling, ignoring, super slow, telling you they cannot tell you the name of a server who was being rude ... atrocious. Would go anywhere but here!! read more

Not sure what all the other reviews are talking about. I pulled up to a spot, ordered 4 combo meals, and was driving away with my perfectly correct order no more than 5 minutes later. It was actually one of the fastest Sonics I've been to for the amount of food I ordered. read more

If you are looking for somewhere to eat go somewhere else this place takes longer than a sit down restaurant and when you finally do get your food expect it to be cold and served by rude people. Do not go here I hope it goes out of business. read more

One star and only one. We ordered three small sliders and they got it wrong. Once I maybe could understand, but three is insane. Sonic starting updating most of their locations with the large ordering screens so that you can read along when the order is being placed, super helpful. It could've been bad audio quality on speaker system, or the girl that was taking the order but she got the items wrong after repeating the order back. I understand it's fast food, and with that comes certain expectations, it's not a fine dining experience. Getting the order correct and sending off mildly happy customers should be first and foremost in any profession. Getting it wrong was one thing, but we had a teething upset infant in the car, which didn't help matters at all. After the third time, we were beyond frustrated. The young red headed girl that served us was considerate, which did help. My husband was way nicer than I would've been. read more

This Sonic is not the best. The food is generally fine (average quality for a sonic) and the service is always slow even when they are not busy. We often order on the app to get the half price drinks and we check in with the app upon arriving. Multiple times we have waited 15+ minutes and had to ask them to bring our order - which was only one or two drinks. Not sure if this is a problem with their app system or what, but overall this sonic only provides a neutral or negative experience. read more

The crew was unprofessional, rude, short, and the food was aweful. Had a few cold burgers last week. Will not be coming back

My car hop smelled like weed. And I waited 45 minutes for a small Oreo blast which tasted like peanut butter from the previous blast made before mine, and I have a deathly allergy to peanuts. Will not be coming back read more

We have visited this sonic multiple times. This time was the absolutely worst. Upon attempting to order the girl who answered hung up on me. In the second attempt we had a different girl and we ordered 10 orders of cheese sticks, 2 orders of jalapeño poppers and 5 sandwiches for the family. We requested extra ranch and extra marinara for the sticks and poppers. When the food got to us, we didn't have any sauces at all. I pressed the button to receive the 16 marinara and 6 ranch that were on my check. 10 marinara would usually come with 10 orders of cheese sticks and 2 ranch would come with the jalapeño poppers, plus the extra we asked for. When they brought out the sauces, they only brought us 4 marinara and 2 ranch. I told the girl we needed enough for all our cheese sticks and poppers, plus extra. She brought out 4 more marinara and 2 more ranch. I told her to please bring me a total of 16 marinara and 6 ranch like my check said, and she never came back. When I pressed the button for the fifth time, the original girl who hung up on me answered and said they were sending a manager out and hung up before I could speak, again. I sat there for 15 minutes waiting and no one came. We decided to leave and never go back. When we got home, all of our food was SMASHED. Everything was cold by this point as well. Worst sonic experience we've ever had. Rude employees and lack of care for paying customers. Our check was over $60 for just take out food and all we wanted was the appropriate amount of sauces that we purchased. Not too hard? Just wanted what we payed for. read more

They were quite rude. I couldn't even get most of my order out before they were demanding I provide them all the details on my order. They acted so annoyed that I was bothering them to get a meal, that they just wanted me gone! It was very disrespectful. I finally told them they were being rude and they told me they just wanted to know what I want next. This was at 5:25 pm today. Horrible read more

Service and food has always been fast and great but also My battery died at Sonic on New Shackle Island Saturday night at 11 pm. There employees are the best. One of the Watresses brought her Jeep and one of the young men from inside jumped my van off. I can't say thank you enough Sonic employees read more

I have been there twice now and poor food. Fries are cold and hard. Will definitely go to McDonald's instead!

There are too many high school kids that don't care about their job here at this location. I've been going here for about six years. 20% of the time they get it right. The burgers are cold the fries are cold you never get what you ask for if you alter the burger. The onion rings taste like French toast sticks because they fry them in the same oil. And one day when I called and spoke with the owners daughter who is extremely rude, she didn't seem to care about changing things or making them better. But it is a sonic so you get what you pay for. read more

They got all of our sides wrong and messed up while we were ordering and they always get something wrong every time we go they also overcharged us read more

We go here often, but today was pretty bad. One of our sodas was completely flat, several of the French toast sticks were small nuggets, and as I was eating my tater tots I pulled out a curly blond hair, which is a problem as I don't know anyone with that type of hair. This location was never fantastic, but it had never been this bad. read more

Hamburgers and onion rings are good. Great drink specials during the afternoon with half off promotions. Service can be spotty at times. Inexpensive and a good amount to eat. read more
