Actually the worst service I've ever had I left without my food. I sent an email to the headquarters and they responded and acted surprised. Now I look at the other reviews and I see they probably heard it many times before and simply don't care. read more

My ice cream was melted and over flowing and my burger was mush and still mooing I would not eat here .

This location is chronically understaffed. When we went on a Saturday around 6pm there was a sign saying drive thru only due to a staff shortage. We waited several minutes to order but our food came out hot and fresh. Everything tasted great! I wish the store itself set the employees up to be more successful. The staff did a great job with what they have to work with. read more

Service is abysmal. The food is not cooked properly. The description of what each item contains was not what we got. My kids saw advertisements and wanted to go. We went. It was SO BAD. I threw away a large amount of food that I feel terrible about having left uneaten, but it was not good. Not worth trying to eat. How it's able to stay in business is a mystery. read more

Horrible store horrible service horrible staff horrible food save your money and time and go elsewhere. I've tried to give this store a chance after chance and nothing ever changes the food is always old tasting and it takes forever in the Drive-Thru to get your food because the kids that are working do not care and obviously neither does the management. read more

I didn't like the smash burgers! But the footloose are definitely delicious! And tater tots are very good .

Nothing about this place impressed me. Employees had attitude that immediately made you wish you had gone somewhere else. Burgers were so cold that the cheese was not even warm. We had to ask for ketchup and napkins. We will not be returning. read more

disgusting attitude from customer service especially when hair is in the food, any money spent we want to feel appreciated

I have not gone there that much since my father passed away. I would like to go back. I like their hamburgers. My late father said they used to make their hamburgers better but they need to improve on them. read more

I always forget that this is here. It may because even though it is on Route 30, it is below the road. It sits down in a valley that you really don't see while passing by. Unless you happen to be caught at the red light or in the plaza it sits in. Even with it being hard to see it is always busy. We ordered ahead before you came here because it was going to be a quick stop before we headed home. When we arrived we pulled up and let them know we were there to pick up an app order. It wasn't ready when we showed up, but they told us to pull into one of the spots and they would run it out for us. Some people might find this as an inconvenience, but we saw it as an item that was freshly made. Bonus. The customer service was over the top here. We were treated so nicely and they took care of us with the utmost concern since our order was just made. read more

Me and my boyfriend came here (first time going to any sonic location) ordered 2 drinks, 2 things of fries and 2 Philly cheese steaks. They gave us our drinks (do not taste good btw) and a bag with only 1 thing of fries in it. The rest of what we ordered was nowhere to be seen. And the woman at the window was very rude, barely let my boyfriend talk when he was trying to find out what was going on with our order. Also took about 7 whole minutes waiting and we didnt even get what we ordered. read more

So not even from the area, was around because my girlfriend who just had eye surgery to try and fix her eye after having 2 strokes and aneurysms in 2021 and 2022 was hungry. So I thought "let's try something different since we are out here and everything went as well as it could with the circumstances" Sadly it made everything worse because after waiting 15 minutes we got raw chicken sandwiches, and ate half of it until we realized. smh got pictures to prove it as well. read more

Sonic Drive-In - Burgers Near Me - Greensburg, Pennsylvania

See all

service is fine but everytime i order a burger w no onions or lettuce it always comes with both

The cheeseburger was cold and so was the fries and onion rings. The Jumbo popcorn chicken was also cold and not very jumbo. I popped bigger regular popcorn. The burger to me tasted like it was a frozen freezer burn burger. Had sonic down south and wanted to try sonic. I should have stayed at McDonald's or Wendy's read more

Last 4 times I've gone, they didn't have any onion rings. And when I finally asked why, they said they weren't receiving them. I'll use the app from now on. So I don't waste gas. read more

The ordering stalls are not open at this Sonic, only the drive thru. After placing an order thru the app, you're forced to wait in a line of cars. Seemingly the food is made for each order, so no one moves until the front car is served. I've had time to write this review because I've been sitting 5 cars deep for over 25 minutes. The app makes you pay for your order up-front so there's no leaving. We're watching cars give up and get out of line. If you drive by here anytime in the future, look to see if I'm still there.... read more

if I could leave 0 stars I would. We waited 30 minutes in the drive thru for someone to answer the window, then left.

Brought my elderly parents by for lunch. They had not eaten here before. Mom had a chicken sandwich that was hot and tasty. Dad and I had chili dogs and chocolate shake. Everything was good. read more

It was horrible. it took us TWO WHOLE HOURS. to get a single cup of ice. this was horrible. they were so rude, did not come out in rollerskates. boring, tiring and please do not go. read more

Let me just say, sonic used to be great, the roller skates. But now, it's us gone down to rock bottom. Let me address the biggest issue I have with sonic. The food is absolutely horrific it is disgusting. Everyone I go there I expect good things and yet every time I get absolute garbage. This is an outrage. And the service was horrible took them way too long just to make 1 burger. I will never come to sonic ever again and you're better off driving 5 more minutes to get chick Fil a. read more

This is the second time ive driven out here within the last 5 months and there ice cream machine is still down so no shakes and that is the main reason we came here!! Drove a half hour out of our way AGAIN to come here and for no reaso!! read more

Waited in the drive through for about 20 minutes got to the speaker which had a note on it saying due to short staffed we will close at 6 it was 6:01 and no one behind me they could have taken my order. But they were very ignorant never again read more

this place sucks. cancelled my doordash order even though they were still open. placed it 45 minutes before they closed. spend your money somewhere else. read more

Looks like they have the kinks worked out because all these negative reviews are astonishing to me. Stopped in during my visit from DC with my daughter and it was amazing and just what I expect from Sonic! Keep up the good work! read more

When I made my first review, I was contacted by a representative of Sonic to discuss my problems. I explained them to him and he offered a gift card to have a better second experience. He took down my mailing address, phone number, and email address to mail it to me. That was 8 months ago, and I have received nothing. Add poor customer service to the list. I will never be returning, and I will be letting friends and family know of this absolutely terrible experience. read more

So I am finally bringing myself to write this review as I really wanted to try and let sonic redeem itself as it's my childhood favorite fast food as it reminds me of my Oklahoma roots. This location over the last 5 visits has been out of buns, chicken, messed up drinks and food orders, cold food and generally has been extremely slow and irregular through Covid where drive thru was shut down and now is drive thru only which has increased lines and wait times. The lack of leadership at this store is appalling as there is such thing as "having a bad night" but this many consistent mistakes has to be coming from the top down. The only reason I am giving 2 stars and not 1 is today is the first time I came here and my order was good and wasn't a disastrous adventure. Please do better as it's a shame this store is not living up to the brand it's named. read more

Just like every other sonic!! It's a busy night but their food is probably better than a lot of fast foods around. read more

Sonic Drive-In - Burgers Near Me - Greensburg, Pennsylvania

Hi! I'm the guy that ordered the cheese burger then drove off. Let me tell you why I did that. Looked past you taking my order the walking out for a smoke break immediately after. Wasn't thrilled about waiting till you where done with your cigarette but the reason I left is I had the opportunity to watch the bug guy spraying all around the restaurant. Cups, food utensils the whole Shabang sitting there getting sprayed. Your going to make people sick. Contemplating calling the health department. read more

The drive-through often takes a mysteriously long time, but for fast food, Sonic is one of my favorites. They have burgers like their competitors, but I like that they have hot dogs as well. You can get a lot of flavors added to your drink, and their slushies are pretty good, too. Nothing fancy on the menu, but the tater tots are always the right choice. They're a little bit cheaper than Steak & Shake and quite a bit cheaper than Five Guys. You can't get too excited about a drive-thru/drive-in, but sometimes Sonic hits the spot. read more

Well I decided to give sonic another try...Went for ice cream at 10:01 and they informed us that they close at 10 even though the website says 10:30. Get yourselves together sonic! read more

Oh my I think I have fallen for Sonic. Went here with my parents last night to satisfy some after-dinner munchies. All of it was great. I got two different hot dogs. The one was the coney dog with onion rings on it, and the other was the bacon blue dog. Both of them were great. I easily could have killed another 2 or maybe even 3. My dad got a burger, which he loved. He also praised the place for putting good veggies on and a THICK slice of tomato (just as he stated). I think this place puts more into their food than the other big name fast food places they are in competition with. I forgot how good Sonic was and how many different types of food they sell. They do way more than just burgers and fries like the other place. From now on, I know where I am going to cure my late night cravings. read more

This is the very 1st time I spotted at a sonic. I came with! Son because we had some time to kill between appointments and it was an early lunch. When we tried to speak our order the gentleman asked a couple questions when we didn't hear him correctly and I asked for clarification he got rude and yelled back at us when I said it would help if he didn't yell he tried to say something about his speakers which I doubt because that would be a shame for a place where you drive up and use your speakers. It was about 11:15 so the place was not that busy at the time only one other car it took about 20 minutes for them to get us the two combination meals we ordered we had nothing fancy and nothing out of the ordinary. I must say both meals one was a cheeseburger combo and the other was a classic crispy chicken sandwich we're both very Bland The Only Exception was over salty french fries both of them were not even warm. Extremely disappointing experience needless to say we will not be visiting any Sonic's again. read more

As I sit in your parking lot I will do your review. We ordered our food n out of half of or. Then the milk shake machine doesn't work. WTF are you open for?? I will not be back here. What a joke this Sonic is. read more

Terrible wait time every single time I go.. don't dare go on lunch break because I spent 25 minutes out of the 30 minutes I get waiting in line for my food. And I was the only person in line. Absolutely ridiculous. And next time, please keep the cursing to a minimum. When your customers can hear you screaming the F word from in the drive-through, we have an issue. Unprofessional. read more

I stopped and ordered. I repeated my order 3 times. They told me my total. I swiped my card. And heard nothing. 10 minutes sent by and nothing. Pushed the service button waited 5 more minutes. I had enough and went in. My food was sitting there. They explained they were short handed. Being short handed is understandable. But communicate. 5 minutes later the food came. She said she was sorry. And the card swipe doesn't always work. You folks need communication skills. read more

Hot dogs were microwave so much the bun stuck to the cardboard holder and the tots were cold. No quality control at all. Last time we will be going there. A waste of money read more

Such a simple place but they do not even no menu. Specically charged me for a different item because I was trying to get no onions. Was some hot dog. Good place for a snack especially a coconut cream pie shake. There is lots of parking however when I was there today around 2 there were not too many people there and my order took quite some time to get. I only ordered a shake. read more

takes a damn hour to get food in the drive thru line every time i come. was the same way last time i was here which was a year ago. piss poor service don't waste your time read more

I went to sonic because I was craving a hot dog. Last time I was there I got a regular hot dog, but was a bit hungrier, so I opted for the foot long. My wife really enjoys their burgers, so she was driving so I said twist my arm. The footlong was cold, barely room temperature. I thought they were going to make a attempt at a grill mark but they weren't having it. I think they threw the hot dog in the microwave from the freezer and onto the bun. Don't pay extra for the cheese, it's nothing to write home about. I had seen some advertising for a chicken slinger on tv. Well let's just say you should skip this sandwich entirely.. for 2.49 they should give you something bigger than a mcchicken sandwich at McDonald's. They have the worlds smallest brioche bun.. we are talking White Castle hamburger small!! Jeesh! What a disappointment. Nothing epic about this sandwich at all. Just a bunch of hype, no substance. Now mind you, I know they try to push their over priced slushes, but my wife and I opted for a regular coke and Diet Coke... it was if they never serve regular pop... no fizz!?and the syrup tasted awful.. unable to finish! Well they do know how to make a decent hamburger, and a decent shake that was what they got the other star for. Otherwise a one star event!! Please Sonic, we know you can do better at Quality Control!! read more
