Absolute worst experience I've had as far as food quality goes in a LONG time. Just ordered this cheeseburger (no LTO) drove 6 minutes home and I opened the bag at home to it loaded with lettuce tomato and onion (I'm allergic to onions) I pulled the dressings off and decided to take a few bites and honestly just thought it may have been a fluke that the first bite was cold, then I took another and decided to really take a look at this burger, it is fully cooked but so cold...the cheese looks old like it's been sitting out all day and the bun was hard as a rock...there's no way a fresh burger would look like that in 6 min....i will never order here again.. read more

I never do this but I just ordered my food and got home to eat it and my crispy tenders was over cooked my daughter wouldn't eat them, I also ordered a crispy chicken sandwich and the chicken was over cooked as well; I couldn't eat but a couple of bits because it was to hard; the onion rings I also ordered was the same way, over cooked. Simple orders - jr burger no cheese and no mayo and tots - came with both cheese and mayo. Crispy chicken sandwich, no mayo, honey mustard instead and fries. No mayo but it was two chicken tenders, not a breaded breast and one tender looked like major freezer burn. No honey mustard, not even in bag. And no ketchup in the bag at all. Food was good. Ordered a #10 that comes with Mayo by default and we asked for Mayo, it didn't have any when we got it. Ordered cheddar peppers which comes with ranch by default also asked for some, didn't get any ranch at all. All was printed on the receipt just didn't get it. Just went here, pulled up to the drive through to get something, I was looking at the menu looking at what I want, they asked what I wanted and I said i'm still looking give me one sec please, After about 20 seconds that say hello, I say i am stilling looking then about 30 seconds later i say I am ready... nothing silence, I wait about 30 seconds before saying something then I say it again nothing silence. Amazing customer services fantastic workin gets in particular my carhop I had Zandra. She had she was fantastic and super sweet.

We sat for over 1/2 an hour to waiting for our food that we ordered online for them to bring it out cold and tell us it was our fault for our wait. Meanwhile 3 employees are out by their friends goofing around for at least 15 minutes while we waited. read more

Can't seem to get an order right to save their lives. I order burgers with no tomatoes and guess what? Tomatoes are there every. single. time, I guess it's too complicated for them to leave tomatoes off. One of the things I usually love about Sonic are the flavored teas, but at this location, they put too much syrup in, so much so, the tea is whatever color the syrup they use is, and I can't taste the tea at all. Customer service is touch and go, sometimes it's great, other times it's awful. I can't wait until that Whataburger is built, I'll never go to this Sonic again. read more

My staple breakfast at any sonic is two Jr. Breakfast Burritos, large unsweet tea, coffee. This location makes the smallest, most poorly rolled and content lacking Jr. Breakfast Burritos out of any Sonic I've been to. I realize they are supposed to be smaller, but these hardly have any egg, and they may as well not put sausage in them at all. In fact, I've had one where there was none. The rolling is poor and I usually have to carefully catch the contents of the burrito in the wrapper because everything is falling out of the ends. In fact, this seems to be the case on their regular sized burritos as well. I've given them a few chances thinking it might have been a fluke, but no, it's consistently bad. Today was the last straw when the eggs looked and tasted like they were 3 days old. I will say this location consistently cooks their totts to perfection. Sonic ...is well, sonic. It's ok. But the girls here are very sweet. 2xs now, I found out I was wrong but they sided with the costumer (me) and said I was right and fixed my order anyways. We live three miles from here so we go a couple times a month. The french fries are WHITE and soggy. This to me is an indication that they're using warm instead of boiling hot oil to avoid lawsuits from employees being burned. Gone are the brown, crisp fries we loved many years ago. At least from this place. I really like their cheeseburgers and errors are fairly rare. The Blasts are very good but, for some reason, hollow. Like eating a sinkhole, they look substantial on the outside but, when you stick your spoon down inside it's a big hole of nothing. Have no idea how that happens. The worst are the hotdogs. They were advertising hotdog croissants on tv. So we asked for two of those and what did we get? Regular hotdogs that tasted lousy. NO MORE hotdogs from Sonic! And why on earth didn't they tell us they don't have hotdog croissants?? The servers are always very respectful , hard working and nice. Just stick with their cheeseburgers. read more

Worst breakfast I've ever had at a sonic. The bacon tasted like, well, nothing cardboard like almost I felt like I was gnawing at it. Tortilla was stiff. Not good at all. I'm sure that workers are great but the items I received were not good. Might give another shot to the lunch dinner menu. read more

Better than many Sonics & the girls that work there are very nice & really seem to care. Their speaker outside doesn't work well and is hard to work with, making it hard for everyone & to get your order correct. Love the convenience. Sometimes the breakfast burritos don't have much in them & other times they are perfect. Glad they are there! read more
