It adds and creamy consistency to the ice and complements the flavors well! I like that the snow cone comes with a straw and spoon in case you can't eat it faster than the sun melts! Esp when its 90 degrees out, like today! Sometimes things do sell out which is understandable when its summer time. But that just means you have to come back for more. I like how they have sugar free options as well. Love seeing that since my dad enjoys desserts but is pre-diabetic. So then I was confused because were they out of ingredients or they just didn't want me to order from the advertised menu? So he then clarified that I could just order from the menu. My husband ordered a bento box, which was unique from any I've had in other sushi restaurants. It had a great sushi roll they call avocado, but it had crab and good stuff too. It was supposed to have soup & salad, but we had to ask because the server forgot. Also they offered ranch... The interior decor is definitely still the exact same as it was when it was a Mexican restaurant too. If you want the most hillbilly Mexican version of a sushi restaurant, this is your spot!
