The baked ziti had barely any sauce, lacked flavor, and was disappointing overall. The dinner rolls also appeared undercooked and were bland. We also ordered the shrimp fettuccine Alfredo. The sauce was oily instead of creamy, and the entire dish lacked flavor. This meal was far below the quality we have previously experienced and was unacceptable for the price. Since this was a pickup order, we did not realize how poorly the food had been prepared until we got home. We are extremely disappointed because we have genuinely enjoyed Joe's in the past. We hope management addresses these issues and improves the consistency and quality of the food.
