Not sure what was in the pitcher, but they were not made by pouring out of a bottle of Zing Zang. (which I do like btw) This is in a very rustic, hastily put together space, and now that the problem child is gone. it is time for some upgrades and a makeover - as John has suggested. You have your proof of concept, now just dress it up. A suggestion on the sound. It was pretty much inaudible upstairs. I could hear that ya'll were talking - just very hard to make out the words. Which was a shame because I really wish I could have made out the Q&A Session better. I saw speakers everywhere - they just were not sending words to me. Not sure if it was better downstairs.

Once I arrived I knew I was right by the amount of Harleys that were outside. Some Custom some Stock. Even the parking out front was reserved for Bikes. If you like riding to Strokers in Dallas you will love Roadhouse. If you are in North Texas and you head here you will not be disappointed. From what I understand the establishment is under New Ownership. Management, from my experience is killing it. The menu has a lot of options and literally everything wa appealing. I'm a Wing guy so that was a given. Big Wings cooked and seasoned perfectly served with what might be the best hand cut Onion Rings I had in a long time. If I remember there were like five flavors and I'm sure there was no bad choice on flavors. There is also a Steakhouse from what I'm told serves a very good Rib Eye. I should also mention the Burgers were said to be the best around. The Bartender Jennifer was very nice and made some tasty Cocktails. They also had a very good selection of Beers and some that seemed to be Texas favorites lol. I had a chance to talk to the Manager Reggie who was a nice guy. He said they have live Music some days. The place was.complete with a Stage and an area for Dancing. He said Ted Nugent was there recently. Definitely it my thing but to each his own. It's off the beaten path but as I said a great place to go to get away for a few Hours. Next time I'm in Fort Worth I'll probably go again. Especially if I find a business that Rents Bikes. Still thinking about those Wings. Lol. Yallhollatchaboy'.

I waited a solid 5-10 mins for wife's food and had no choice to start eating as it was getting cold. I finished my meal and still no pizza. Was told 3 more mins and about a solid 10-15 mins later her pizza came out. Really need to work on timing of food I guess... wife had to watch me eat mine and now as I'm typing I'm waiting on her to enjoy her food... Beer was ice cold. Chicken fried steak was amazing and Pizza pretty darn good the ranch is good!! saved it from a 1 star review. Waitress was good nothing she could do it was all on kitchen poor timing... Price wasn't terrible but nowadays you can't leave most sit down places with out spending over $60 or so.. For maybe 4 tables full and a couple at the bar. Sad to say this place won't last much longer.. it's good food but over the hour we've waited/ate it was just to dead to survive.. if it was in Stephenville I'd bet it would be packed and doing well!! Upon arrival, we got a great parking spot and headed into an uncrowded restaurant. We were met immediately and taken to a table against the far wall. Menus delivered quickly, and finding out we had never been to this location, our waitress gave us plenty of time to review the options. Asked about what she would recommend, she said it was all good. We ordered an appetizer called Wagon Wheel. It's a fried cheese wheel of cheddar, gouda, and parmesan. It's sprinkled with bacon, green onions, and has a dollop of jalapeno cream cheese in the middle. It sort of looks like a thin pizza. We all loved it! The restaurant is kind of a gourmet burger place and everyone besides me ordered that. I saw that they offered a country fried wagu steak, and I ordered that. It came with garlic cream potatoes, honey-bourbon baked beans, and a cornbread pancake. The food came out quickly and was just as everyone ordered. The others in the party enjoyed their food, and I really, really, really liked mine (I would order again). The only complaints were about the seasoning. It seemed like the chef forget it on all of our meals. The only other complaint had to do with the extreme heat in the guy's restroom. Will I return? I will if we are back in Stephenville visiting and anyone suggests going out to eat:)
