When you order on the app you get to pick sauces but at this location they don't give them to you they want to charge you for every sauce. Even after showing the receipt showing that the sauce came with a meal on the app. read more

Normally, I like to start a review by pointing out something positive. Unfortunately, with this visit, I really don't have much to start with. At the drive-thru, they apparently didn't hear my entire order, so one of my drinks was missing and I had to pay separately for another one. Thankfully, I tasted one of the drinks before pulling away because the Ocean Water was completely flat. I had ordered three Ocean Waters, so all three had to be remade. Flat soda happens, and honestly, that part wasn't a huge deal. What bothered me was the attitude when I brought it to their attention. They seemed put out that they had to remake the drinks, and not once did anyone apologize for the inconvenience. When I finally received the three replacement drinks, they still weren't very cold. Maybe there wasn't enough ice or something else was off, but Sonic drinks are usually ice-cold and refreshing. Mistakes happen. Missing an item or having to remake a drink isn't the end of the world. The lack of basic customer service and feeling like I was inconveniencing them simply by asking them to correct the order is what made this a two-star experience. read more

Ordered number 1 and a 3 piece tender cost Me 18.00, the Tenders were the size of chicken fries and burnt, the Burger was the size of kiddy burger. it took so long to get my order I asked for refill was refused. I travel and eat sonic all over Texas this was the worst ripoff I've ever encountered. read more

Had a Super Sonic Breakfast burrito, ordered two, this was the worst burrito I've ever had in my life. I'm 63 and have eaten many burritos. No egg in the burrito, and has a too sweet spicy sauce that isn't sitting well. 50% of the burrito was sauce with a couple tots on it. They were $7 apiece. Tossed them in the trash. That was just wrong on too many levels. Will not ever do that again. read more

Went to this location, ordered 2 blasts, one hot fudge sundae and asked for 2 pup cups. Extra hot fudge on the Sundae, only received one pup cup, not 2. The extra hot fudge was 2 inches, loaded on the bottom, barely any ice cream in it , I mean come on, just sprinkle a little more in there, not load the bottom and sides! No carrying tray, Sonic! Get it together! read more

Kids playing around spraying water hose at each other getting food all wet and then serving customers.

Arrived ten minutes to close, press button, get ignored. Drive to drive thru with three minutes to close. Employee comes out to dump trash -still not 9:00 - and says "oh no man, we're closed." I asked what time do you close. He says "9:00." When I point out that it's still not 9:00, he doesn't respond, just keeps taking out the trash. Really poor service there. read more

Came here on 2/18. We paid for our meal and then a couple of minutes later were asked to pay but it wasn't for our meal. Anyways, not a huge deal. Then we got our food and I didn't have any marinara so we got their attention and asked for some. I guess the girl at the window asked the other employee to get some for her. He tossed it to her and she dropped it. Then he tossed her another one and dropped it again. Again, not that big of a deal. They're having fun. What the real kicker was when i got home and saw my small order of mozzarella sticks. Two of them weren't even half of the size of a full stick. Just annoying when paying for this. I know this isn't the employees fault but come on. You should've noticed these and given an extra full stick or just not given those out. I know this location has a bad history of being crappy and slow but I love sonic enough to sit and wait. But this was sad. read more

These people need help the drive threw line is horrible! Beware doordashers this place will have you waiting 30 minutes for your order

Sonic app changed my order location to this location.. 2 years ago I left a review. Nothing has improved. The phone number to get in contact with the store went straight to voicemail. So I couldn't cancel my order through the app or through the actual store location itself. I guess Stephanie Niles. Is the manager , sense that is the name on the voicemail. The store location just continues to disappoint, I can't understand how they are still in business. read more

I would give less than a one star review, an hour before close I made a mobile order, waited 20 minutes, finally pushed the red button to see what was up. Didn't answer so we went around the drive through. They said they were busy. Maybe 2 cars had been there since I got there, so I know they weren't busy. Gave me my food as soon as I got to the window so I know it's been sitting there.. didn't even get my full order. They suck read more

I pulled in at about 11:35 pm on a Friday night. As I pulled into one of the stalls, the unknown employee turns off the lights to the store. Knowing that they close at midnight (see picture), I go ahead and push the button expecting to order. After a few seconds an employee responds with "Unfortunately we are closed. We closed at 11:30". I followed with "Are you sure you don't close at midnight, Sir?". He stated "No my manager says we don't do much business after 11:30 so we just close early.". I then followed with "Well maybe your corporate office should look into this for you guys. I'll be sure to contact them for you and let them know what's going on!". As I pull out of the stall, the lazy employee starts back peddling and apologizing for his incorrect information. Needless to say, corporate was contacted and a escalation was submitted. If you have experienced horrible customer service, feel free to call their corporate office using the number below. Thanks! (866)-657-6642 read more

This place is horrible, wrote a google review of my experience. But I definitely want to make sure that they get the message about the horrible experience that many are having. if management has failed to even try to fix the problem that has been occurring with this rude girl at the window or speaker box, then the manager is just as guilty as these employees. And I guess what's bothering most is thatwe d reading these other comments and no action has been taken then I know that me voicing my concerns might not do a thing. But one can only hope, so I definitely encouraged others to steer away for a while till things get squared away. read more

Don't even get food from here, just keep on driving. Order was wrong, food cold. When I called the manager I obviously interrupted a party or something by the sounds on the other end of the phone. Very frustrating to get home with crappy food. read more

This location is terrible. I pulled up just before 10, lights on and people inside. Sat at the drive thru and no answer so pulled into the stall, still no answer. Someone inside looked at me but never answered the button. Even if you are closed you can have the courtesy to answer and say that! Also not sure why they close early when the surrounding locations close at 12 AM. read more

Would give 0 stars but I can't. Anyways our food was completely burned. We will probably never go back. Don't recommend this sonic.

No wonder this "fast food restaurant" has a 1 and half star rating I was in the drive tru 20 mins before closing n no one answer I thought they was busy so I waited after 10 mins without no body answering I left n I'm nit coming back to this "fast food restaurant" i know everything ain't fresh so just answer the drive thru n put my food in the goddamn microwave!!! read more

Used to go here all the time, dr pepper always flat, understaffed, employees care more about friends than customers drove in and because the employees wanted to talk to their friend they directed me to go the wrong direction where i almost ran into another car, needless to say I WILL NOT RETURN read more

Bought a cherry limeade. I had maybe 4 or 5 sips and I was out. They literally PACK it with ice. Ridiculous.

Average customer service. They do bring your food out in a timely manner, but that is where it goes from average to bad. Tried their new menu item of croissant dog along with some tater tots and a strawberry cheesecake shake. First off the food, with the exception of the shake was cold. The shake was soupy and filled with stringy strands of strawberry (yuck). The hot dog was dry and we had to request for ketchup and mustard to get some flavor out of it. The hot dog tasted like it was store bought and the bacon was very crunchy. I mean crunchier that it should be. The cheese was from a jar. It was terrible. The tater tots not only were cold, but old. You could taste the grease it was cooked in. This was a bad experience I am not willing to repeat. read more

Absolutely terrible service. They turn off their ice cream machine several hours before closing, and if they don't it'll take half an hour to get a couple of shakes. Half an hour and counting... read more

Can someone tell me what time this sonic is suppose to close online it says 11lm on weekdays so I go there at 945 and there close. So I come again at 9.40 the next day. I ask the lady what time do you close because all the lights are out she says 10.00pm. So I ask if I could order she said we are close once again and his is at 9.45pm. Great food with great customer service. The young lady was very nice in reminding us it was happy hour for drinks and was walking away without even expecting a tip until I called her back and gave her one. Terrible service. Pulled through drive through and had a question about a coupon on the app.. She yelled to manager- Mark, or Mike, whatever the managers name is, come deal with this lady. (Right in front of me) Manager did fix the coupon amount for me which was great, after a roll of his eyes from having to get up from his chair. I then watched the cashier, with no gloves on, grab a cup and scoop the cup directly into the ice. She did not wash her hands either. I did not see anyone with a hair net on, and all of the girls hair I saw, was really long. I then watched the manager taking to the cashier lady about some guy who I guess drove off without his order, I didn't quite catch that part. I heard him say something about it to which she proceeded to say "well what the fuck am I supposed to do about it?" Wow. Y'all need to get your business together. read more

This is the worst sonic I've ever been to. Whoever the Asian girl is, she's rude and doesn't listen. Gets orders wrong because she won't let you finish talking. I knew my order was wrong before I drove up to the window because she rushed me through my order. When I got to the window I paid a man & was there for a second before the girl appeared and gave me my drink and said "have a nice night" thinking I only bought drinks when SHE WAS THE ONE WHO TOOK MY ORDER. She does not pay attention and gives attitude over simple questions and requests. Absolute worst experience ever. One star is too much for this sonic. read more

Employees are rude, the food is not great! I just recently went through their drive thru and the cashier gave me a diet dr pepper when I ordered a regular dr pepper so when I nicely explained and asked her to replace it she looked at me blankly like I was confusing her then grabbed it pulled the top off and proceeded to dump the soda out between my car and the window...thanks for the soda all over my car door FAIL! :-/ I will NEVER go to that sonic again! read more

This location has some of the most disappointing customer service we have ever received at a Sonic. We drove through the drive-up window and ordered 3 Cherry Limeade Creme Slushes. Upon ordering the cashier seemed to just nod about everything we were ordering. We were continuing to order when she cut us off to stop us from ordering and told us our total. We flagged her and proceeded to tell her that we weren't done ordering and with the most disrespectful monotone voice this cashier had for our disregarded order, we left never wanting to return to this location again. Terrible customer service!! read more
