For a Sonic, best one I've been to. My order was right the first time, and for a mechanical drive in, service was pretty good. I got a small OREO cream shake, and really loved both the ice cream and chunks of cookie and cream. Exceptional quality for a place that serves fast food, and really, so much better than a place like McDonald's for only 1-2 more dollars. My brother got a cookie dough shake, and the cookie chunks were kinda gross--all salty and raw, missing it's sugar/flavor and cookie texture--but the ice cream was amazing. The staff lately has been so friendly and awesome! The restroom needed a little attention but other than that it was a good experience.

While plagued with accessibility issues, as nearly every Sonic is, this Sonic is wonderful. Unlike most fast food restaurants, this particular Sonic has been blessed with several employees who are very friendly, do their jobs well and have stayed at the same location for at least 4 years, which is how long I've been going there. Bad service. Food took about 10 minutes to get to my car, when it got there it was the wrong thing, never coming here again.

Popcorn chicken is FOUL compared to the Parker location, inedible!! Had to spit it out!! I don't know if they were old or freezer burned but the chicken was crumbly on the inside and tasted sweet, i don't think that's normal for popcorn chicken, ordered a large and only ate 2 never coming back!!! What can I say it's a sonic and they have food but very good food my burger was amazing onion rings pretty good. I had wonderful customer service. I'm not sure about their speed though since it is fast food because I came when it wasn't a compete zoo. It is a bit spendy though if your not having a special it's like 5 bucks for a single cheeseburger and that's the only reason I give them 4 stars. But very great overall way to go sonic. read more

I received a "Happy Birthday" Email from Sonic Drive Thru that offered a free small classic milkshake. I printed it out and took it to Sonic Drive Thru, only to be told that I needed an app on my cell phone. I didn't have a cell phone, so how could I download the app. Obviously it was a sales ploy that is ineffective and very misleading. Last year they weren't even offering free milkshakes, unlike a myriad of other places, and this year it is ONLY if you have a cell phone AND the app on your cell phone. this sonic is shameful! We went through the drive through later in the night to grab a burger and a few shakes and after handing us our shakes they literally forgot about our food! We could clearly see them all through the window laughing and flirting with each other while we sat there for almost 15 minutes before somebody finally come to the window to ask if they could help us??? Um ya.... give me my food!!! On top of that only a few people were wearing masks in the kitchen! When I brought it up to the manager Marcella (who wasn't even wearing a mask properly) she told me to "just stay home" and that "they didn't need masks", umm yes you do need a mask, there is an executive order right now that requires masks to be worn indoors at all times!!!! Pretty disgusting if you ask me that they can't even wear masks when preparing people's food! Marcella decided to end the conversation with me by walking away from the drive through window while I was talking and she yelled "have a nice fu**ing night". Not at all acceptable, I will be contacting the health department about this incident. read more

This Sonic always messes up my order, I keep giving them a second chance because it is the closest one to my job but again they give me the wrong sandwich, I order a #5, I get a #3 or #4, I ask for jalapenos on my breakfast burrito, they give me green chili instead, I ask for a cherry coke, I get coconut coke or diet coke instead. I'm done with giving them second chances I will just drive to the one on Yosemite instead! read more

Awesome sonic highly recommended definitely take care of their customers!! Had an issue with the sonic up in West Minister Colorado and then wasn't able to bring it back until after I got off work almost 8 hours later and brought it to the store on Arapahoe Road. even though they are unaffiliated with The store I had an issue with and it was a full workday later they took care of me with no questions at all! So about 15 minutes before 10 my group of friends can to sonic and when we tried to order at the drive in they said that they were only doing drive thru before the time that it's only drive thru. So then when we were in line the guy working greats our female friend as a dude, very disrespectful. I was starving this morning. I'm in the middle of moving and have no food in my house. I love the sonic steak breakfast burrito. Today I noticed they had green chiles also available. The attendant taking my order was really short with me when I gave him his order so I asked him to repreat it. It took forever to finally get to the window to pay. When I finally got to the window, I double checked my receipt because I has a feeling this guy was not fully there. It took me a half hour to get home. At this point, I am starving. I took a bite out of the burrito only to get a mouthful of raw onions and sausage. I really felt like I was going to throw up. I don't/won't eat either. I called the number on my receipt and the person who answered the phone what apologetic with his words but was also laughing. I guess the service matches the management which matches the corporate structure. Bad food, bad service, bad company. Never again! read more
