I honestly wasn't expecting anything so I was pleasantly surprised to see basic pantry staples (like flour, sugar, etc), loads of pop and juice options, a crap ton of Ben and Jerry's ice cream (SCORE!), chips and other salty snacks, spices, milk and cheese, they even tout a pretty tasty looking German potato salad (have not tried it yet). I wouldn't do my grocery shopping here but it's good to know there's all the stuff here if I'm in a pinch! For example--I haven't officially moved in yet so I have no plates or cups or anything at the house so picked up some paper plates and plastic silverware for pizza runs while I'm cleaning and still spiffing up the place prior to moving day. It's nearly impossible to get someone to provide a sample and I can't tell if that's a strategy to avoid sampling because they always have employees working and standing. I've asked multiple times to be told no on sampling and looked at like I'm bothering them. I used to love the store pics but it appears they are doubling down on Indiana distilleries vs sourcing Kentucky distilleries and national distilleries. They do have some old store pics that are slow moving because of the price point. If you're looking for a higher volume bourbon go to Meijer across the street and save $10-$20 a bottle. This is now a novelty store with high price points that now fails to deliver on its value as an experience.
