When I asked for cookie crumbles, I was charged another $1.00 and given what amounted to about a quarter of an Oreo cookie. I'm not exaggerating. I'm a small person, so I know what a modest portion looks like--but this was tiny, even by my standards. It felt more appropriate for a 5-year-old than a paying customer. What frustrates me most is when "specialty" shops charge premium prices for products that don't feel special at all. The only thing that seemed exceptional here was the inflated cost. In all honesty, I would have enjoyed a Peanut Buster Parfait from Dairy Queen far more.

The service was outstanding. The young lady who helped us welcomed us with a smile and never stopped smiling and engaging with us while we were dummies and asked all sorts of questions. We ordered several items including cookies and brownies as well as a lemonade and their signature sweet tea. Everything was great, especially the banana pudding brownie. Management should train to keep the line moving, have one person help the customer all the way down to the register and then go back to helping other customers. It's a lot faster and more efficient.
