Again Sonic is very stingy with their salsa. You would think this stuff was made of gold or something. In my experience I need at least 2 of their salsas for their breakfast burritos. I ordered 2 breakfast burritos and got 2 salsas. What is wrong with these people I ordered 6 salsas ordering my burritos separately again so I could get 3 salsas per burrito. Can these people not read an order? Is the salsa made of gold? Also the fries were horrible. hard and too salty. Get your stuff together Sonic. this is the very same reason I have not ordered from them in a long time. I thought they might get better but no. Guess I will have to get some salsa so I have some for the other burrito. SMH read more

This Sonic is very slow. Multiple times I have pulled up to kiosks or whatever they're called and sat more than 10 minutes just to find out that one was broken with no sign. They have now taken out a lot of them. Again today I sat 12 minutes with no response then went to the drive through. The place is fast food and I have had a bad time with them a couple of times but they seem to have improved over time because I had no trouble with them the last 10 times I use the app most times and they have the order ready and right.The burgers are good the drinks are half price using the app read more

We ate lunch there today, placing order was easy.. the young lady bringing our food out was very friendly and polite.. went down hill from there.. I'll say food was ok, but not great. Then two young men were out side and one had a sonic shirt on .. they both looked rough, nasty toboggan and cloths that looked like they hadn't been washed in awhile. How can you beat "happy hour" at Sonic? You can't! When we have an urge for drinks, we head over to Sonic especially during happy hour. This was probably our worst experience yet. My family needed a quick order of food and drinks before we hit the road, but this encounter took 25 minutes. My husband placed the order, corrected items on the screen and corrected the person taking our order, until the screen showed what we wanted. Once the carhop came out, we received a number 1, instead of a number 2 and it was completely dry!!! We considered just leaving, but asked to have the burger fixed, the carhop said "uh oh, it's wrong isn't it?" Michele brought back a burger and with a disgruntled manner said "sorry". Worst customer service ever. Had to wait 30 min before I even received my order. When I got it my food was made wrong. It took them another 10 minutes to remake the order. I was rushed through the ordering process. No apology, no effort to try and make the situation right. Just an excuse of "we are busy, your food will be out in a minute." Literally just went through the drive thru and the lady on the other side of the window was so rude. I can't understand her on the speaker because is yelling into it. When she couldn't understand what I said she just said "What?" Instead of being a little nice about not understanding me. When she told me the total, again I couldn't understand her. So when I asked at the window she seemed irritated she had to tell me again. Sorry but you yelling or saying it while looking the other direction is not the way to do it. Then when she gave me the change she didn't look at me what so ever and said "yeah have a good day". Pretty much sounded like fuck you go away. You have terrible reviews already and maybe you should rethink your staffing because they are always rude. I understand it's fast food you hate your job. Guess what? We all go through it. Love this new version of the old Sonic drive in! Some of the wait staff still wear skates, which makes me want to tip better! The food is the typical fast food variety, but what I get is the Texas Toast grill cheese sandwhich & if you are lucky they will make it with pepper Jack cheese...if u know to ask for it as it's not on the menu! I don't normally leave reviews. I went there last week for a banana fudge sundae. They put a small piece of banana in the bottom of the bowl. When I ask about it, she told me that was all the banana they had. I feel like they could have told me that so that I could have ordered something else. Today I went up to get a large glass of ice and a sm cheese stick. It took the girl 5 minutes to get a manager to show her how to ring up a glass of ice. I had to wave down someone to let them know my food was sitting there. When they did give it to me, it was only a mini. Now I have to wait for them to cook 2 more. I pulled into sonic with a flat tire and my kids in the backseat. Hannah unexpectedly greeted us with ice cream for my kids and a water for each of us. She even helped me to change my tire! This was seriously the worse service I have ever had. Not only was my food disgusting in appearance but the managers there are lazy and do not care what kind of food walks out that door! I ordered 3 coneys and all 3 literally had scrapped on chillie on them. Why they wouldn't just tell me there is no more chillie, I have no idea. I would have gladly order something else. When the manager came out side to talk to me I told him I understand it is close to closing time I would have rather just them tell me there was no chillie. I started to tell him I don't want to take advantage of the situation but what else can I get in replace of the coneys. Now I had glanced at one of the coney and THOUGHT IS WAS OK, I will get to that in a min, so it was just the 2 needing to be replaced. The manger told me that everything is pretty much shut down so if I want to come tomorrow he can fix it for me. So I am in shock cause this guy literally things that is a good idea to suggest me to wait till tomorrow to eat when I obviously came at that moment to eat now! I told him do what u want. I get home and the coney I thought was ok turns out to be worse the the ones I sent back. That is partly my fault for accepting it but regardless this is unexceptionable!!! The worse thing about this experence is that one of the 3 coneys I ordered was a replacement order from last week when I got a coney and had the same problem. Knowing it was a replacement coney they actually sent me a coney with the same issue, chillie scraped from the bottom of the pan!!!
