Stopped in on Sunday night at 2 minutes till 11 Pm. I thought they were open until midnight. I know how frustrating it is to have customers come so close to closing time, and I wasn't aware that they closed at 11 until after I had ordered. Regardless, the manager, Tim came out to greet me and inform me that my food would take a little while because it was going to be made fresh. He was incredibly nice,friendly and overall had really good customer service and expressed no signs of frustration with me. Everything we ordered had something wrong with it. We ordered an ultimate breakfast burrito with a side of French toast sticks and an ice coffee. They didn't put much in the burrito to begin with and the eggs seemed old just didn't taste great. They also gave us no syrup and the coffee tasted horrible not sweet whatsoever. I am very unsatisfied with my experience with this sonics food this morning. I will say tho the service was great and our carhop had a great attitude and was fast to bring us our change. read more

Always friendly staff, quick service and now with pay ahead and order ahead on the app is my go to spot for a quick drink. I order the grilled cheese and corn dogs often also as a dinner for the boyfriend. Not many options for eating healthy here so I usually pass on the food. Where others are embracing the healthy options, Sonic seems to be the last hold out with ice cream and fried food as the main choices. Good for them - just no go for me. Very poor service today. I go to Acton Sonic almost every day for a Raspberry water. I like a lot of raspberry in my drink and I am more than happy to pay for the extra 4 squirts. I always tip double the cost of my drink. I arrived before 2 pm and there were only 2 other cars there and at least 3 ladies working. I left about 2:10 after multiple people were served before me. I will not say the girl's name that took my order but I'm guessing it was a bad day. Sad that a regular customer who doesn't complain about the price or tipping is the brunt of someone's bad mood. Sonic is one of my daughter favorite fast foods. She love their smoothies, shakes and chicken strips with gravy. I like their cheese burger compare to other fast foods. Sonic has lot of foods to choose from. We love this place, though its hard to take order since they couldn't really understand and heard us clearly due to noise around. Their speaker seems like not really good. That's only down side of Sonic. Bcoz everything is just drive thru. Other than that I think their fine. read more

Waited over 20-30 minutes for one slushy. Now I don't usually leave bad reviews, but I've worked fast food and can say our place was never this slow with one drink. This is ridiculous. This establishment isn't short staffed either which is a problem. read more

Acton Sonic is slow (isn't that an oxymoron?), but the service is absolutely friendly and the Diet Dr Pepper with lime is my favorite beverage ever. Combine that with the close proximity to my house and you get five stars. read more

Went to this location yesterday and ordered a number two with no cheese and large tots and large drink. Ended up waiting 20 to 30 minutes for it to come out. The CarHop acknowledges my wait, apologizes and offers a few drink tokens. Get home and my husband opens his food to discover that it has cheese on the burger and he got fries instead of tots. Normally he would have just ate it but he can't have cheese and can't stand their fries so needless to say the entire meal went in the trash/money wasted. I give two stars because the food is better than most locations and never had an issue with the carhops but have numerous problems with the food being correct. And by numerous I mean every single time. Seems to be an issue with either someone in the kitchen can't read or they flat-out don't care as the order was printed clearly on the receipt. Also, for the love of God, why is it impossible to get a decent amount of ketchup here! Every time we ask for a "large handful" or "alot" and get like three or four packs... I shit you not! I'm really frustrated ... I think the Carhop Special is awesome ,but only if you carry the items on the special . I'm all about forgiveness , but after the 4th time of pulling in and being told you are out of onion rings , I'm moving on. On another note , you and the Cresson store are the only Sonics I've ever been to that the app to pay doesn't work . I only gave one star but really don't feel that is a correct assessment. I arrived at the Acton Sonic at approx. 2:20 pm. I pressed the red button and it reacted then the screen popped up to say I needed to press the red button - when the carhop - one I've encountered before responded to take my order - she spoke so fast I could not understand her. When I asked her to repeat her response to my question about the carhop special she snapped at me that she could not hear me. I spoke louder and her response again was so fast I could not understand her. So I ordered a #1 with cheese an onion ring and coke. I waited 15 min and the carhop who took my order came out with someone else's order. I told her it did not appear to be mine. She did not verify the order or even try to find out what I had ordered she just reflected the customer had paid with a credit card and walked away. I waited 10 more minutes and no one followed up. I left, having not received my order and not getting a refund. I will drive 15 minutes into town to the other Sonic who serve pleasantly, quickly and accurately. This Sonic is near my home and the service as of late has been typically slow, rude and unfriendly. The drive through is backed up, you get trapped in the stalls and the service is unbearably slow. read more
