BEYOND DISAPPOINTED! The quality, craftsmenship and customer service is mediocre at best. Spent…read moreover $60,000 on 21 windows, 2 doors and a shower install in 2025. Here are all of the calls/fixes we have needed; one window didn't open/close properly. One was missing a screen. The person came and literally just scraped the broken window frame with a knife and didn't bring the screen so that was another call and visit. The new storm door and frame somehow pinches themselves together if the wind blows it too hard when closing. The only way to open it is to either unscrew the frame and take the bottom of the door apart or rip the frame off the house if you're stuck outside (this happened twice before someone came). The "fix"- a few long screws strategically placed that look cheap and ridiculous. But the actual window install went well enough that we made the mistake of thinking they would be good at replacing an old jet tub with a custom shower. The contract was signed on 11/10/25. Install was suppose to be in about 60 days. Once completed, the shower would be measured so the door could be ordered and installed 4 weeks later. The shower was completed 3/4/26. It looks ok. We were told it would be seemless except the corners but one was added and not centered so it looks a bit stupid and has gaps in the grout. We figured they could regrout when they came back with the door. On 3/25, 3 weeks later, we called to follow up because we had not heard anything. We were assured that the installers had measured and the door was ordered. The door install was scheduled for 4/9 from 10am-12pm. We get a call on 4/8 that they will just be measuring on 4/9 because NO ONE MEASURED THE DOOR. No one even noticed that no one even ordered the door until 1 day before the scheduled install. (And just an FYI, my husband forwarded pics of the newly installed shower on 3/25 because we were concerned about the small bumpout. This was not part of the original layout and we were concerned it would effect the door.) So we get 1 days notice and it will be at least 3-5 weeks late. (I cancelled 5 appointments for tomorrow's install!!) And every person we talked to today says the same thing, "Sorry, best we can do is measure tomorrow, order the door and hope it arrives in the 2-4 weeks". Not one person has said with any sincerity, "I'm sorry, this should not have happened. We dropped the ball." Alan told me "it wasn't his fault cause he is only suppose to order the door so I need to talk to someone else". The last guy, Matt D, said this is not how the company normally operates yet HUNG UP ON ME 4X! He said it was because he was using an app to call me. An app that hides his number. The 5th call back was using his actual phone. As I said in the beginning, we began this shower project 11/10/25, it is now 4/8/26 and the door has not been measured or ordered yet. If you are considering Wonder Windows don't. Just walk away. Once they get your money, they do not care about your business.

Order took longer to come in then quoted ...found this out after calling a week after arrival date.Installers were given a weekday and weekend day as availability .Neither were convenient for THEM ! Had to call owner to get a more reasonable date .When the day came several installers arrived ( friendly) but work was not without issues. We were told our 10yr old screen door which was in good condition could not be installed without gaps. They did not have replacement parts in color to match (told... you can paint the one we put on! )Then they installed WRONG door! When the owner was contacted he blamed factory.NO apology until I called to complain. We were told they would do a rush order and all problems would be fixed when they came back.4 wks later I had to call to find out where our door was??!Again no apology ,they came installed door and did very poor job of fixing gaps etc. The reply I received when I told him how disappointed we were in his professionalism, workmanship and lack of any offer to compensate the issues was "Well it wasn't my fault the factory screwed up" ! Do yourself a favor go elsewhere and get references....

He told me it was a very simple problem, a spider built a nest in the eye and that is why it was blinking. It took him about 5 minutes. The complaint I have is that , 1. the lady on the phone could have asked me if I checked the eye for spider nests saving me $135.00 or 2. not charged me $135.00 for five minutes but a reasonable amount for 5 minutes. I will not be calling them again. It's a shame that companies rip off the public.

Twin City, repaired it quickly and was quoted a reasonable price $27.27; and the only reason for 4 stars, is because no one called me to let me know, it was ready, even though they indicated they did. In 40 years, I've had to replace only of the original 32 I had installed. And this was not a fault of the window but of the old house's window frame shifting on the weather side. They sell quality windows and doors, use experienced installers, and are well organized. DEALING WITH THEM IS SO EASY. When you phone, a company person answers the phone and responds to your need. DONE! Their follow-up repair service is also excellent. They respond, however small the problem.

Our experience with Big L started off exceptionally well -- attentive, great service, though a bit…read moremore pricey than other quotes. We decided to go with Big L because they are local and felt like we wanted to support the "little" local company. We signed the contract and off we went. Our doors came in, were installed. They stiffed us on the first installation day, but then showed up unexpectedly a few days later. The problem is, the doors they installed were the wrong color and not what we ordered and the hardware was wrong. One screen was slashed from top to bottom. This wasn't evident until after they were installed. Our house is architecturally significant, and the installer had to create new holes and install hardware where there wasn't hardware before. Big L indicated they could just swap out the doors and get us the right color, but that that would leave us with holes and damage from the original installation. Not optimal. After MONTHS of badgering us for payment, but not making any effort to remedy the wrong hardware or ripped screen, we paid a reduced balance, and are left with doors that don't match our house, aren't what we wanted, and without any service to make it right. Oh, and the screen on one of them is still trashed. I wouldn't recommend Big L. There are lots of small companies out there. Try one of those instead.

We signed a contract with this company on March 1st, 2026 and were told our windows would be ready…read moreand installed by the middle of May well that never happened so after several ignored calls we finally received a call they would be installed July 3rd yes 17 weeks later but that never happened no phone call no explanation why just never showed up so I called the company on Monday and was told they ran into issues on Friday and they put us back on the schedule for the 30th when I told them absolutely not that was totally unacceptable and I wanted a refund she said ok what about Thursday I told her that was there last chance to show up and I would do I needed to do they did show up installed windows and I will say the installer Jessie Jr and his helper went above and beyond and did an amazing job and this company should never get rid of him because there are not many workers like him him so for that I thank him and he deserves 5 stars
