A few years ago we had Webfoot install heat cables on our roof in Bend, OR…read more The first year the Bend winter was mild thus we did not need to use the cables to remove snow from our roof. However, the next winter had more snow. We turned on the cables and noticed that there was no snow being removed from our roof. When we called Webfoot to let them know that the cables were not working as promised; they had a representative who came out to visit us. He told us that Webfoot was not responsible for the incorrect sizing of the cables as they hired a sub contractor as the electrician. Basically they said, "tough luck" your on your own. We removed the cables when we added a new roof the next year. I would not recommend Webfoot for any of their services as they told us that it was our responsibility, not Webfoot's. A waste of money. Stay away from Webfoot and go to other vendors. Buyer beware! Unhappy customer in Bend ,OR

Bottom line up front, J&S Contracting exceeded our expectations across the board…read more We hired J&S Contracting to enclose a loft that overlooks our living room. Jeshua initially came by to check out the project and provide an estimate. He is courteous and friendly. His knowledge, experience and insight made us feel confident J&S would do an excellent job. Due to the complex layout of the house, a loft enclose required painting and texturing of the living room and adjacent hallways, along with various areas of patching walls and ceilings. J&S completed the enclosure and challenging paint job on time and close to the estimate. We could not be happier with the results. The entire living room and loft (now bedroom number 3) look brand new. If you hadn't seen the house before you'd never think we did any work on it. Not only did J&S do incredible work, but they were also very clean and considerate. My son has had minor asthma issues in the past so they took extra care in cleaning up dry wall and sanding dust everyday. We went out of town a day before they finished and returned to an extremely clean home. As far as I'm concerned they are the only one contractor in Bend.
