So he sent me to a golf shop that did not have men's swim. This went on and I realized he along with anyone else I asked had no clue about their shops or what's around. Every question I asked about, no one working at The Boca Raton seemed to have a real answer for that solved a problem. The staff seem to make up answers on the spot. So service is 1/5. Facilities in the new renovated tower were nice but we paid upward over $2k per night that did not deliver the luxury of a $2k per night stay. I have stayed in more comfortable Hilton and Marriott's and even Airbnbs for far less. The sheets are not soft. The bed was not firm. The space was quiet though and the bathroom was nice. However toilet paper was the cheapest brand I've ever seen. So definitely far from luxury. Food 1/5. The snacks in the room and all over the resort for kids all had red dye and carcinogens. There is no care for healthy truly good quality food here. So you pay a premium for the cheapest food in America. I have seen most all businesses, even basic businesses, move away from fake junk food, dyed food and those with carcinogenic links, but not The Boca Raton. So we paid a lot for food that we never you touched. No organic options either. High pesticide load as well. I have to say overall this is an overpriced resort striving to be luxury without the ability to live up to luxury. Overcrowded. Overpriced. Pesticides and Carcinogenic. Poor quality. Poor service.

We booked through the wedding party so they already negotiated at rate. The check in process was easy. When we arrived the staff was very accommodating and friendly. Common areas looked nice. On site amenities included a pool, bar, and complimentary breakfast served daily. The room was ready early so we could get settled in after the flight. Now to the bad. The room was a little meh. Large coffee stain on the carpet and some dust. Nothing major. The cabinet that housed the mini fridge was a little beat up. When I went to plug in my cell phone charger a noticed an outlet was damaged with some of the wiring exposed. Needless to say I don't use that plug. The light fixture near the bed was leaning to the side and the lamp shade was very beat up. Not would you would expect for the price point. The management do ask if there was anything they could do to remedy this room but they would be unable to give us a new room. So really there was nothing they would be doing but I suppose it's the thought that counts. Also could not ever get the WIFI to work. Overall not bad but not good either. Would not be my first choice for a hotel in the area.

I really like that this hotel has checkout at 12pm and provides full breakfast, which hit the spot during my stay here. Very spacious room and bathroom here too. The pool and gym are pretty nice as well, and on the floor of the pool and gym, there's an ice cream machine (not free). Based on the location of the hotel, you would expect it to be more luxurious. The hallways were so hot and humid as if you were outside. The room smelled a little stale and mildew, but thankfully I always travel with my disinfectants and sprays. The parking garage is a bit tight when driving in and out so be careful. The cost overnight was not bad, as it was $25/night. We did have to run the water for some time as it was not warming up initially, which is crazy. We stayed on the 15th floor which was nice as we had a view of the beach, which was serene and peaceful. Overall, not a bad stay - just ok.

I used up my Bonvoy points and decided to take a break from the Marriott brand and try something different. I went to Yelp and found this highly rated property and quickly called the hotel to see if they had any availability. The desk clerk offered me a great nightly rate as I qualified for the Florida Resident discount. I booked a king size room for four nights. I was pleasantly surprised at how much I enjoyed my stay here. The hotel offers free parking, free internet, a "better than most" continental breakfast and during the week they put out freshly baked cookies in the afternoon. Upon check-in I was warmly greeted and offered two bottles of water. Had a quick chat with the front desk guy who happened to be the same guy I spoke to on the phone. He was awesome, in fact every employee I encountered during my staycation was great. My room was immaculate. The mattress was perfect, the linens were nicely made, and I slept well all four nights. The bed was beyond comfortable. They don't have a business center but the front desk people were kind enough to print out some emails for me, make copies and they allowed me to borrow their stapler and a few other office supplies. Because they helped me I was able to actually get some work done. In the morning I drove across the street to DD to get iced coffee then headed back to the hotel to shower. Talking about showers, the water pressure was strong. Very happy with the bathroom and shower. The toiletries were Neutrogena and I liked them a lot. There are several restaurants near the hotel but having every meal out can get expensive. I went to Doris's Market which is just on the other side of Yamato Road and bought some prepared food to keep in the refrigerator in my room. I kept things affordable but still good. I was able to get paper plates and utensils from the breakfast area so I was all set. I went down to the pool in the early evenings to unwind. I had my tablet so I was able to do some reading which was nice. It was quiet and peaceful which made me so very happy. The property is pet friendly with a non-refundable pet deposit which was reasonable. Parking was easy and I found availability in front of the hotel all four nights. The vibe here is warm and inviting and that's because the staff goes above and beyond to make you feel welcome. I enjoyed my stay so much that I was actually sad when it was time to check-out. I will be going back because it's the perfect staycation for me. Hampton Inn really surprised me and in a good way. I had a Hilton Honors account from years ago and I updated my information online. Two days after checking out I received a promotional email from Hilton. They were running a special that if you stayed a minimum of three nights you earned a certain amount of points. I called them and told the representative that I checked out two days ago after my four night stay. I wanted to see if I qualified for the bonus points and they said "not technically" but they gave me the points anyway. Very impressed with the level of customer service I received; both in the hotel and with their customer service department. I can't wait to come back for another staycation.

I asked the front desk about gym access and was told there was no on-site gym, despite the listing suggesting otherwise, and was directed across the street to a corporate office parking lot where, I was told, hotel guests routinely exercise. Acting on that guidance, I did exactly that. Within 30 minutes, a man approached me, a Black woman, alone, at 7:30am, and began recording me on his phone before saying a single word to me. He confronted me, demanded I leave, and when I didn't escalate, he sprinted across the street into this hotel's lobby to report me, loudly and repeatedly referring to me as "the black woman." On his way out, as I was coming in, he called me a fucking bitch. Your staff directed me into that situation. Your General Manager, Enrique, was contacted multiple times by my husband and responded with "we told the guy to leave" and, when asked to personally address the situation with the neighboring property, said "sir, you're asking us to do a lot." He never called my room. He never sent anyone to speak with me. He offered no apology and no accountability of any kind. The only person at this property who behaved with any decency was the front desk agent, Katrina, who apologized sincerely and acknowledged what had happened. I am a recovering surgical patient. I came here for rest. I spent that morning sobbing, shaken, and on the phone with my therapist. That is what "go across the street" cost me. If you have no on-site gym, remove it from your amenities. If you have a Lifetime Fitness partnership, direct guests there and only there. Do not send guests, especially women, alone, early in the morning, into spaces you cannot vet, and then tell their husbands you've been asked to do too much when it goes wrong. I have filed a formal complaint with hotel ownership and am escalating to Hilton corporate. I am also preserving my right to file with the Florida Commission on Human Relations. I'm sharing this publicly because the next woman who asks about the gym deserves to know.

I went to Miami for a concert and wanted to make a mini vacation…read moreout of my road trip, so opted to stay here for its proximity to the beach (just a block away!). I got so much more than I expected from that decision! I prefer boutique/villas like this over chain hotels in smaller towns and absolutely got the relaxing, low key, "no worries" vibe as they have on the gate of the entrance. Just steps away from the downtown strip of Delray Beach, you can easily access the restaurants and shopping if you choose, but you can also get lost in the serenity of their lush tropical courtyard and pool areas, or even the private patio of your own room! I felt like I was in my own little world while there- it was a perfect contrast after driving into Miami! The room was well appointed with comfy furniture, plenty of space without being overwhelming, everything I'd need in the kitchenette, and a spacious bathroom. All had nice updates and thoughtful touches. The snacks and chilled beverages available for purchase, as well as variety of coffee, tea, water, etc that were complimentary was perfect. There was plenty of information about local services and attractions without being gimmicky or touristy as many places where I'm from in Orlando can be. They even provided a sheet with events specific to the timing of my stay, which was a nice touch. The staff was amazing-- so kind and helpful! I asked how it would work if I got in late after the concert since the lobby closes at 9. We were able to do an earlier check in to get the key code and information, parking pass, handle credit card for incidentals, etc on my drive down so I had nothing to worry about when I arrived later. I was able to park and access my room after the concert with ease. I did also appreciate that even though I was staying there alone after dropping my friend off with family nearer to Miami, I felt completely safe as a solo female traveler. There was lighted parking, a code on the gate to enter the property, and a key code for my door to my room. I enjoyed some time at the pool and walking the block to the beach for sunrise during my stay as well! I appreciated the hospitality and would absolutely recommend staying here to anyone traveling through the area!

Before arrival, I was never informed that my room would be located on the second floor with stair-only access & no elevator assistance. Traveling with a service animal while displaced due to active home renovations, repeatedly carrying luggage up and down steep stairs alone was physically exhausting. Accessibility limitations should be disclosed upfront. Despite displaying a clearly visible "Do Not Disturb" sign, housekeeping disturbed &/or attempted to enter my room at approximately 9:00AM on multiple occasions. Being repeatedly awakened after specifically requesting privacy is unacceptable, especially for a property marketing itself as boutique luxury. The most concerning part of my stay was the treatment I received from the front desk employee, Ryan. Nearly every interaction felt hostile, combative, & entirely lacking in professionalism or hospitality. After initially booking one night, I extended my stay due to delays with my home renovations. Immediately after booking, I received a phone call aggressively informing me that I still had to check out at noon and could not check back in until 4:00 PM. This occurred multiple times throughout my stay despite online inventory consistently showing available rooms of the same type both the night before and during the day. There appeared to be no legitimate operational reason to repeatedly force a paying guest to vacate for hours while managing luggage, stairs, & a service animal. The repeated forced check-outs & room changes felt unnecessarily rigid & punitive. At one point I genuinely felt less like a guest & more like they were doing me a favor. I normally don't pay to stay somewhere that feels like a prison. The handling of my service animal was equally inappropriate. During one of the early morning housekeeping disturbances, my service dog barked after being startled awake. Within approximately 30 seconds, I received a phone call demanding that I "register my dog." I explained that it was a service animal, which I had already disclosed during check-in. Instead of acknowledging that, I was interrupted and asked, "You mean an emotional support animal?" I again clarified that it was a service animal. The interaction felt dismissive, uninformed, and inappropriate given the hospitality industry's basic obligations regarding service animals. On my final reservation, housekeeping again attempted to enter my room around 9:00AM despite the "Do Not Disturb" sign remaining posted. When I addressed it with the office, I was falsely told that I had supposedly informed staff I would be checking out at 6:00 AM. What I had actually explained was that I preferred a first-floor room because repeatedly carrying luggage down stairs alone at 6:00AM was difficult. Cleanliness was also a major issue. I stayed in three different rooms, and every room had visibly dirty floors. My socks became dirty simply from walking around the rooms. More concerning, the AC vents appeared covered with black buildup and heavy dust, raising serious concerns about cleanliness, maintenance, & indoor air quality. Regretfully, I gave the property another chance & booked an additional two-night reservation because my roof renovation was still unfinished. Almost immediately after booking, I received another disruptive phone call informing me I would again have to fully check out, change rooms, and wait until 4:00 PM to re-check in. After days of repeated disruptions, room changes, and hostile interactions, I requested that the reservation be canceled. I was initially told "no." Only after escalating my frustration vocally did staff suddenly agree to contact Expedia & process the refund. What makes the experience more disappointing is that the gentleman who originally checked me in was genuinely pleasant & professional along with the housekeeping manager. Unfortunately, every interaction afterward became increasingly adversarial. This property failed in accessibility transparency, privacy, professionalism, cleanliness, flexibility, and customer service. The repeated room transfer demands, mishandling of a service animal situation, visibly dirty conditions, apparent mold buildup around vents, & hostile front desk interactions made the entire stay exhausting & stressful. This establishment does not deserve the title of "boutique luxury." I strongly caution travelers, especially those with accessibility needs, respiratory sensitivities, or service animals, to stay elsewhere.

She got a bit impatient when the 2nd room and 3rd room had same issue. They smell bad. All three had same odour. Had to endure that all night. Finally asked for new bedsheet so that i can do the job. I asked to see a different room but it was the same. I called Orbitz who, in turn, contacted the hotel and was told we could stay one night and we'd be credited for the remaining three nights. Checked out the next morning but foolishly, did not ask for a final bill. BTW - the motel's "free breakfast" consisted of packages of instant oatmeal - but there were no bowls or insuated cups to accommodate - only thin water cups! After returning from the trip a week later, I checked my CC account to find we'd been charged the full amount. I contacted the hotel 2 times and the managers (one of which were named "Chandroy") were never available. The personnel lied to me and lied to Orbitz about the agreed upon refund because they are greedy, dishonest, and rude. I called Orbitz and after a long period of time and many email communications, they were able to refund part of my charges. Orbitz is the best. BTW - For the remaining three nights we booked "The Hillsboro powered by Sonder" which was a little more expensive but clean, lovely, and on the beach! Very nice. Please, please...for the sake of your health, safety, and sanity, do not consider staying at this motel from hell.
