They arrived at my moms home and call me and asked for me to text them my license. All the years of ordering furniture this has never been asked. I've spoken to them on the phone and through email and not once did they say this was required. I spoke to a manager, Abdul and he said it's their policy. I asked him to show me where on the website is this policy, before you place a order, he wouldn't answer me. They are stressing my elderly mother and refusing to deliver her Christmas gift. I emailed them a bill for verification. They left without delivering the furniture. This was supposed to be a happy moment for our mother, the stress she and I went through is not acceptable and nobody should have such an unpleasant experience. Any legal advice would be appreciated.
