All measurements of the building including doors, hallways and elevator were taken and given to the store. Fast forward 7 months later, the furniture arrives and it downs fit in the elevator. Because they had to use the stairs more money was wanted by the third party moving company hired by the furniture store. When I called to complain I was basically rudely told that it was my problem and I either had to pay it or they would return the couch and I would have to pay a 25% restocking fee. This was a $4K+ couch where I had already paid $600 for delivery. Please save your money and take your business anywhere else - been ordering from stepper and for 20 years with no issues.

The staff stated "yes that is possible to have it delivered Friday morning. I just received a call and was informed it would be between 2 and 3 pm. I explained we were promised that it would be delivered this morning. They stated "that is wasn't possible". I also mentioned it was to be delivered after the Port Rowan deliveries this morning". I was informed "that our couch is being delivered after Port Rowan's deliveries". I was offered for them to do my couch between 1230 and 130 pm. I stated "that doesn't help me out either as I required sleep to function late into the evening/night". So therefore I have left my delivery time for between 2 and 3 pm. I now have to get my parents involved to be here for my couch to be delivered. So not impressed as I can't change my hours of work to accommodate my couch to be delivered. Thank God that I have parents that can help my husband and I out in these kind of situations. I am so frustrated. I am not from the United States as it indicates on underneath my Name. The first problem was a drawer in the fridge that wouldn't stay closed...Darcy assured me that was normal. Not normal according to kitchen aid. about 2 weeks after the install we found water had been leaking down into the basement and when we pulled the fridge out we discoverEd the water line had not been installed properly and had been leaking and ruined the whole side panel of the cupboards in our brand new house. when we approached them with the issue Darcy told is it was our problem because apparently after you have a "professional" install your appliances you are then supposed to pull said appliance out from the wall and make sure it doesn't leak???? That lady was sweet as pie until she got our $$$ and then basically told us to go away. Such a rude arrogant person to deal with. I wouldn't ever recommend buying anything from there ever.

I came here because I ordered from the site and went in for pick up; I wasn't sure if it would be fruitful if I dropped in. But I highly recommend visiting as you can see the plants in person and she said it's about 50 cents cheaper per plant than buying online. The only thing I would say is that it was hard to recognize a lot of the plants, especially if you don't know the species. I'm pretty knowledgeable about this topic, and because many of the plants aren't sun stressed to their full potential, they end up looking like each other a lot and I definitely had to ask quite a few times which plant was what. Before coming, I definitely recommend perusing the site and seeing which plants you'd like and then asking her to help you locate them as she knows best! Highly recommended as she had quite a few rare species.
