The space is really beautiful and welcoming, and the staff are kind--I appreciated being greeted right when I walked in. That said, both times I've visited, I did end up waiting a bit past my appointment time, which was a little frustrating. The services themselves felt a bit rushed, and I didn't get the same level of attention to detail I've experienced at other places. I also noticed that the wax residue wasn't fully cleaned off afterward, which I personally prefer as part of the service. Lastly, there were a few areas that felt slightly incomplete, so I didn't leave feeling 100% satisfied with the results. Because of these issues, I don't think I'll be returning.

I've lived in several different states and cities, so I've had my fair share of Brazilian sugaring and waxing experiences. Beyond that, she truly goes above and beyond to provide the best care. I tend to get a lot of ingrown hairs, and she's been so helpful in teaching me how to prevent and treat them at home. She also takes the time to address them during each appointment, which has made such a difference. She creates such a comfortable, welcoming environment and checks in throughout the appointment to make sure you're doing okay. Brazilians are never completely painless, but Serena makes the experience as seamless and comfortable as possible. It's easily the least painful Brazilian sugaring experience I've ever had.
