Wonderful mall! It's getting even better since they added Topanga Social. It's unbelievable how…read moremuch eateries and bars they have. It's located in the lower level next to AMC Theatres. I love it here and how they have a variety of stores. At first it was just mediocre now it's adding more luxury stores and renovations still happening. They will have Hermes, Dior, and much more. They recently opened a Alo store, which is definitely my fav store to go to get my yoga leggings :)...btw it right across from the Cheesecake Factory if you want to check it out. Overall, this mall has all you need and now you can literally be here all day. Go catch a movie, eat, play, and much more. They are going to have a bowling alley coming soon as well called pinstripes I believe... now that will be epic! Not too far from my house. This will def be the Valley's South Coast Plaza with much more! Come check it out when you can!

What really stood out was Anthony's attention to detail. He took the time to understand exactly what I was looking for, listened to my preferences, and made thoughtful recommendations without ever making me feel pressured. He was professional, knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely attentive. You can tell Anthony takes pride in what he does and really cares about his customers. That level of personalized service makes a huge difference, especially with a luxury brand like Bottega Veneta. Thank you, Anthony, for making the experience such a great one. Excellent service and a great representation of the Bottega Veneta brand! Thank you Anthony!!

I called the store, unsure how we'd sort it out, and was greeted by a friendly voice: Manager Andrew. Andrew didn't just help me -- he went above and beyond. He patiently answered my many follow-up calls and personally assigned himself to my order to make sure everything was handled correctly. That kind of hands-on ownership is rare, and it made a stressful situation completely stress-free. Huge shout out to Andrew for the great customer service. This is exactly the kind of experience that turns a customer into a loyal one. Highly recommend!

I mean it's a beautiful, expensive, California grocery store. Everything is perfect inside. There…read moreare no carts, you can be handed a basket if you need one and the aisles are very narrow in comparison to other grocery stores. Like these are one way aisles pretty much unless you are a California size -1. I'm old fat and cranky so parking is the biggest concern of mine and I actually googled which is the Erewhon with the least hassle free parking and this one came up and it's true. There is 90 minute free parking and it's not exactly simple. You have to get a ticket and then you may be double parking someone inside and you have to give some people your keys so if they have to move your car you can't they can. They held onto my keys but did not move my car so I didn't tip them. I wasn't expecting to tip when I went to a grocery store. There's more than one business in the plaza so I think they're employed by them so just be prepared with that and have cash on hand. I did not get the Hailey Bieber smoothie although I was tempted. I've heard mixed reviews and I know it's very expensive and I did not want to spend that kind of money on a smoothie. I didn't like. I did end up getting a bottled peanut butter smoothie and that one cost $14 and it was really delicious. It tasted healthy, but it was really good. I also got some vanilla chai crisps that are in the back corner by the freezer section and those are delicious as well. Those were $6.99 for a bag and honestly, I thought that was reasonable. I did get a strawberry cream dessert. It's all natural and I think vegan or something or other. I don't know. It was really good, from the few bites I had I was going to save it and it melted in my car so hopefully it will taste good tomorrow even if it's not in the shape originally was. I also got some Keylime and Meyer lemon tarts. I tried the lemon one they should be refrigerated which I did not know until I tried to eat them. The lemon one was good. I have not tried the lime one yet. I ended up spending $44 on five items. I just went there to say I've gone there. Would I go there regularly if there was one available to me probably not but I would go occasionally. It just seems now that it's a lot of content creators or people who want to see content creators, or people we're just going there is a tourist. I can't imagine anyone doing their weekly shopping here.

Once you park, you can enter the store and take their escalator up top. The store is very well organized and clean. Plenty of space in their aisles. I wanted to build my own "family meal" rather than just take the ones already made. It took a little while for the employee to acknowledge me as she had her back facing the customer's view. Once she realized I was waiting, she assisted me right away. For my meal, I picked the blackened salmon, Smoked Mozzarella Pasta Salad and the kale salad. The tray was filled up quite well and was satisfied with the portions. $35 plus tax but you can meal prep ( I use for my work lunch or lazy dinner days with this heat) I used the self-checkout lanes and that went smoothly. I do agree that several staff members just hang out and chat amongst each other OR appear to be in a "grumpy" mood. But, I steered away from any of those vibes. Overall, I was happy that I came here and found what I was looking for.

I know I can always rely on my food being fresh at this store. I know all meat and fish is sourced sustainably and is fresh. Sometimes when I feel lazy to cook I love getting their prepped family meals. It's a good value $27-$32 depending on the protein choices and it has soooo much food in it. And if you lucky to snatch one with 50% off coupon then it's a ridiculous price for an amazing meal. Oh and separate note of love goes to all the 50% off coupons for "soon to expire" foods , especially now when prices are skyrocketing. Also if something is ever not fresh, the return process is very easy. Staff mostly seem very nice and ready to help. Meat/fish department guys always ready to give a recommendation on how to cook chosen item if you ask them. There's a nice area where you can sit and eat/drink whether you bought it at the store or you ordered from the bar. I really appreciate having such high quality shop in the area.
