Very convenient if you have other things to take care of here or you can pop into the mall to grab a bite to eat. No parking charge at this garage. When I went today, 2 of the 20 chargers were out of service...kind of a bummer but it never got completely full around lunch time so maybe it works for them. They say they charge Up to 150kW max but mine went down to 30kW towards the end! There were less than 10 cars then so not sure what happened but I rolled out. There is one garbage can up there in case you need to clear trash from your car. Overall, this charging station gets the job done and I'd be cool with returning! However, it's definitely not the bee's knees of Superchargers.

Since we'd be there for only a few days we flew Southwest Airlines instead. Daughter #1 lives in the Valley. I live in OC so we both decided to take Amtrak and meet at Hollywood Burbank Airport. I usually fly out of Long Beach LBX or John Wayne Airport SNA in Irvine. Hollywood Burbank Airport was like a step back in time. The one story sprawling terminal reminded me of a California mission. The interior appeared to be original circa 1950s. No long walk to check-in or to TSA check point. Shorter walk to the gate. What a throwback. What convenience. Upon our return, baggage claim boasts 2 turnstiles. And yet the airport, on a Tuesday and again on Thursday, was a buzz with foot traffic. Masses of travelers coming and going. We enjoyed the intimacy of the airport. And have definitely added it to our preferred list of airports for local travel.

Then we went to baggage claim, which is a tiny room where everyone stands 6 inches from the baggage belt, so it is nearly impossible to see your bag coming or even get to it. Perhaps the worst system I have seen in my life. Going through security on the way back was fine. The precheck line is longer than the regular line, so I hope they staff lines accordingly in the future. There really are no amenities here. No restaurants, nowhere to plug your phone in, nothing. I went to buy a water and it was $9. I would hate to have a delayed flight here, it's kind of a nightmare. Next time I will save myself the trouble and just go to LAX.

You can still always catch some celebrity sightings like Dave Holmes, Adam Scott (though I've seen him more at my go to in Sherman Oaks - the one in the middle lol), and various others. All the classic options, extra deals via Prime Members (of Amazon), stellar bakery, hot bar, salad bar and more. Customer service here is always 10/10. Find the restrooms on the outskirts of the store. Carts for kids to get that slice of grocery market/health food store experience early, plus it's fun! Still grab a meal of snack from either the hot bar, a slice of vegan pizza or two (love when they have deals on slices) and or a beverage at Stage 71. Great inside, bar area or even patio seating with views of the city. Roobik has come to my house a total of three times…read more 1. He came to my house to install an outdoor outlet, which I did use him for (and tipped) 2. He came to my house to give a quote for a job I didn't use him for. 3. He came to my house one additional time (and now last time), to give a quote for a subpanel install outside. Within a few minutes of the third visit, after observing unrelated electrical work he didn't perform for me, he uttered something to the effect of "I've come to your house 2 or 3 times now and given you a quote, and you don't use me. I'm not going to provide a quote without charging 2 hours of labor, to measure the distance of the cable runs". On its own, a ridiculous statement which no other electrician has asked of me, as I have had other electricians bid for this job already that have no issues with taking out a tape measure and providing an estimate within a few minutes of being onsite. At the end of the day, I invited Roobik to my house in good faith, to provide an estimate for what will amount to several thousands of dollars of work, and rather than provide a quote, I got lectured and instructed to get a quote from the other electricians that have worked on my house. There are many electricians/contractors that aren't going to chastise you for not sending every job their way, I recommend you find a different electrician as this last (and final) interaction was baffling, unprofessional, and uncalled for.

Roobik quickly gave me reasonable quotes after his site visit so I decided to work with him. On the day of working we had few different tactics to run the cables. Roobik thoroughly analyzed the tradeoffs until we agreed upon the best solution maintenance/reliability/cost wise. The attention to detail was great. See how he tidied up the cables nicely as well as ran conduits in a clean way with silicone seal to avoid water etc intrusion. The overall price was fair as well for the time and the material spent and the quality of work.

We had to wait 10+ minutes (first time having to wait for a Supercharger) but we were easily distracted by our phones so it was fine. This one is right next to the Service center and dealership, so it is super convenient if you need to talk to an employee. However once off the freeway, there was a bit of a drive down San Fernando, which felt exponentially longer because of traffic, so plan accordingly. Ikea is practically next door. Ralphs and CVS are also right behind the wall, in case you are an out-of-towner who needs to replenish supplies.

We like this location because the several times we've been here, it's never full nor busy. Charging also seems to be faster than other Tesla Supercharger locations in the SFV. This is the first time we are at this location on a Saturday afternoon. Arrived at 4:25pm and there are still more than 8 spaces available for charging. When we are around the area we prefer this Supecharger location than the one in Northridge.
