With any movement I was in excruciating pain. It was the type of pain you just want to scream and are so helpless. I was so lucky to be squeezed in today (on New Years Eve) by Dr. Su. My experienced with Dr. Su was like no other chiropractic experience I've had before. He intertwines his extensive education with Chinese medicine. I was able to actually move my neck when he was done with me. I trusted him and his techniques involving scraping, needling and cupping. I literally thought I was going to walk in and get the basic adjustment, but he really took it to the next level with his techniques and knowledge on pain. To top it all off, he was extremely friendly and easy to talk to. It's so hard to find any Dr. like Him. He educated me on ways to strengthen my back and posture in kind and informative ways. He didn't just say "go work out". It's been almost 10 hours since my visit and I am already able to move without sharp pains, and feel 10 times better than when I walked in. He's magic! I booked two appointments, one for an initial consultation and then for follow-up/treatment. I got a call a couple of weeks later saying the first appointment was cancelled. Ok, fine, they gave me an order to complete labs. Meanwhile, I am getting calls about my husband's appointments and repeat messages stating the initial appointment is cancelled. I completed the recommended blood work. The day of the appointment, I took off work, drove 1 hour to the appointment, and was told I did not have any appointments scheduled. The appointment had been cancelled, and I was never notified AND they never received the labs. I verified with labcorp that the lab results were sent to the clinic. The office staff was very rude, did not apologize nor try to make up for the appointment cancellation. In relation to my husband's appointments, we are newly married and he has not added me to his file, so sending me messages and notes about his appointment is a HIPPA violation. DO NOT USE THIS CLINIC!!

Dr. Dan walked me through all of the pregnancy discomforts better than my midwives were able to, and he did his best ease any discomfort I had, such as round ligament pain. Weeks before my water broke, my daughter was in birthing position and I credit Dr. Dan for it. At the time, I lived in Arlington and made the 30-minute drive each way once a week. I've since moved further away from Sterling and the drive is now 45-minutes each way, so I had to find a new chiropractor nearby. After trying someone new (and not getting the same quality care I was used to), I miss Dr. Dan and Dr. Ryan even more. They didn't accept my insurance, but their fees are reasonable and affordable for weekly visits.

She said from the beginning not to expect a full body massage and this is exactly what I always wanted- no fluff. Just working out my kinks and only in the specific areas my body needed. I never once had to ask her to go back to a spot or for more pressure. If you are someone with chronic aches in your body, I HIGHLY recommend her. To say the rest of the experience was a disappointment is an understatement. I was booked for a 2:30pm appointment and told to arrive 15 minutes early for paperwork. When I arrived, there was a huge lock on the front glass doors with a note saying the office was closed and would reopen at 3pm. I checked the emails and texts I received to make sure I was there on the right day and time- check. I called- and could hear the phone ringing at the front desk and see nobody behind it. I was able to pull the door open regardless of the lock (the lock was faulty or was not put on properly) and called out for any kind of answer. Eventually somebody came around. The 30 minute infrared session I would not try again. On the paperwork, it mentioned the temperature would be 150+ degrees. At 7 minutes left, the temperature had just reached 142F/61C. It may not have even hit 150 by the time the 30 minute time hit- I never opened the door during the session so there was no possibility of heat escape due to anything I did. I was encouraged to bare my skin so I could benefit from the red light therapy, but the door was left open a crack when the session started so I had to wait for somebody to come back and close the door. With the door already being left open at the start of the session, I did not feel comfortable. The infrared box is positioned in a way where you are completely exposed if the door is opened. The size of the box itself was pretty small- I'm a small person (5'5") and felt cautious trying to move around. I couldn't imagine anyone taller or with a bigger frame being comfortable. I was also not given any protective eyewear. DISCLAIMER- I'm unsure if eyewear was necessary, but it felt like I should've been wearing something considering the brightness of the lights. Lastly, once the timer went off I sat there for a bit. I wasn't given exit instructions, but after a minute I just decided to get out on my own and leave. Before I left, I also noticed my paperwork was just left there in the room haphazardly. I brought it to the front desk before leaving hoping that it would be filed or disposed of properly.
