(yes, there is BUT) I have to give him 1 star because he damaged SUV when he was sanding he front headlight. Detailing... I will be honest with you, I couldn't see the difference. I thought he said he will shampooing interior but looks like all he did was using some cleaner, scrubbed it. Seats & carpet, it looked same too me. Even clothe seats, he didn't take any marks out. When i asked him about it, he said he couldn't get it out. I spent $180 for detail & front light restoration. It wasn't worth my money top of that it will cost more money to repair the damage he caused to SUV. He said he has been doing this for many years & I just couldn't believe all the scratches he did with his sandpaper on the paint! He said he will give $65 back since I am not happy but what about the scraches he did to the paint??? Good thing I took some photos before & after. I am going to think about filing a claim through the auto insurance & they can subrogate to Ultra Shine auto detail. Question is... I had my Tesla at Central Collision Repair from December 2024 to July 2025, and I completely regret…read moretaking it there. Tesla owners in particular should avoid this shop. They often justified their poor work by claiming Teslas are poorly built. Their communication was consistently poor, and on multiple occasions, they tried to release the car to me unfinished, saying I should "feel it out." That is their job, not mine. The car was kept for 7 months, and I still had to point out obvious issues they missed. The windshield had to be replaced twice -- each time worse than before -- and it was not flush with the roof, causing wind noise and whistling that wasn't present before. Paint wasn't buffed out, body panels were misaligned, the frunk and a headlight weren't flush, and they left dirt smudges inside near the windshield. They even broke parts of the windshield wiper assembly and didn't replace them. To make matters worse, they didn't properly tighten the front stabilizer link, which caused creaking. That should have been caught before they ever said the car was "finished." They oversell their capabilities with a smile, but the service delivered was inadequate and careless. Please don't use this shop -- I wish I hadn't.
