It was fresh and had all the wonderful goodness you would expect with well made bread. 2) Sourdough starter, they sold me some of their starter. It is a really mature starter and tripled in size with five hours of feeding it. 3) Bought some asiago cheese bagels. There's no nice way to say that they were bad. They tasted like dish soap. I can see where maybe they would've tasted good but they were clearly cooked in a pan that was not rinsed after being cleaned. Staff was really friendly though, definitely the place to go if you're in the area and you want some bread, but maybe taste it before you leave to make sure it's not soapy :-)
