I will update my review with more stars once I'm able to try the rest of the menu. My only problem is BYT is only open from 7am to 2pm and I work out of town. I will make another attempt later this week to try the brisket. My only recommendation is to get a little old Mexican lady to make some home made tortillas. The torts aren't bad just not home made. The amount of shrimp is fairly decent. I came kind of an off hour at close to 3 PM, so the food probably wasn't the freshest, but it was still really tasty. The shrimp is a bit overcooked. Takeout boxes come with an egg roll, fork, napkins, and condiments. Service is always fantastic. The guy who was at this trailer is often at the Pandita Express #2 trailer.
