If you want more port wine after visiting the lounges, you should come here. if you want something other than port wine, you should definitely come here! I was so excited to go to Base after doing a ton of research online but as our luck would have it, it poured rain the whole time we were in Porto. They were closed so we didn't get to have a drink here. All of the tables are outdoor so try and hit it on a nice day if you can. Hopefully I can try it someday!

We were very pleasantly surprised to find this hotel bar on the 17th floor. It wasn't too busy and we found a table outside. The views were amazing! Since we arrived in the morning they also suggested the breakfast which is great value for what you spend - 7€ and it's an American buffet with plenty of choices! When we came back in the afternoon we still had time to relax in the comfortable armchairs they have in the lounge area. Very good service for very reasonable prices! Will definitely come back if I'm in Porto!
