Large quiet lounge. We were here at 7:15 a.m. for breakfast. Coffee machines didn't work. Message said, Filter baskets need emptied. After ten minutes the filters were working. Food consisted of lots of pastries, including the egg tarts, a Portuguese treat! Lots of different breaded meat and veggie croquettes with cold rollups and meat sandwiches were available. Cereal and fruit were plentiful. Clean. Front desk was helpful. read more

I think this is the only lounge past security in this airport and serves as a catch-all for everyone with elite airline status and Priority Pass. I got in via Priority Pass. Front desk service was perfunctory; not a lot of niceties, but they did their job efficiently. Overall, a nice place with plenty of seating that was away from the crowds. It wasn't too crowded when I was there, and it had a mostly quiet-ish vibe. Outlets were not ubiquitous but there were enough seats with them to be fine. I did not like that all of the food was cold food, except for the pancake machine and the soup, and there were no dishes that served a full meal. That said, the bacalhau (croquettes with meat) and little sandwiches were good enough to suffice as a meal for me. Wifi was okay, but was cutting out at times. That said, the main airport wifi was also have issues simultaneously so I have to assume it was not the lounge's fault, but something to do with the airport or nearby network stuff. Bathrooms: Clean, modern, and comfortable. Not the most upscale compared to other lounges I've experienced, but it was likely better than ones in the airport in general. It's actually outside the lounge, just across the hall. Secluded enough that likely only lounge people used it. read more

This is a very spacious lounge with some impressive port wine and other local spirits! It also offers a splendid selection of food with some local favorite like meat croquettes and comfortable leather sitting! We also had a pianist playing " La Bohème " really a great experience before flying back to the USA! We will miss beautiful Portugal !!! read more

Extremely poor lounge experience, food was only small sandwiches, pastel de nata was cold and soggy, served preserved fruits (not even fresh ones), very crowded, dishes were not cleared from the tables. We sat at a table with dirty dishes as we had no choice (they did eventually clean them up). However this is the only lounge in this airport. Beggars can't be choosers. To top off, the bathrooms were not kept and toilets were broken and dirty! Overall would certainly not select this lounge. read more

A tiny lounge - it gets crowded very quickly. No coffee - the machine is broken. No Pepsi Zero - broken as well (no one knows what exactly). Food consists of white toast bread with something on it, and some sad-looking fruit. One of the poorer lounges I have ever seen. Please upgrade the lounge or close it. read more

I wasn't very impressed with ANA Lounge. The food choices were very limited and there is no working WiFi. It was nice to have a lounge to sit and rest and wait for my flight, but I wish I had an alternative choice. read more

It was adequate. Not luxurious or large. But an ok place to sit for a bit before a flight. The wine was decent. The food was ok, most of the "hot" food wasn't hot, but edible. It seems to be the only lounge at this airport and survives by being available to members of many different programs. We were admitted based on our American Airlines club membership. If you have free access and need a place to rest, it will do. read more

Ana/TAP business lounge is a below-average experience. Most of the sandwiches are dry, and the fried items are cold. The open area outside is suitable for relaxing, and you can enjoy the live piano. read more

It's a neat little clean lounge. They don't serve any hot items but whatever snacks they are serving are LOT better than many major lounges in the USA. Even though I didn't try, their wine and liquor collection was also impressive. Spent there almost half of the day (5:30 am till 7 pm) and was surprised to see that it never got too crowded, there were always seats available. Only wish they could improve 2 things...1: keep the wash/restroom a bit more cleaner & 2: either collect the used plates/glasses frequently from the tables or make a designated area where guests can drop them off for the staff. The whole time we were there, our tables were cleaned only twice...which is little inconvenient as they are little side coffee tables. Otherwise it's a great place to relax between transits. If you are lucky, you can even get to enjoy live music played in the main floor of the airport for the passengers. read more

If you missed out on port wine tasting you can try them here. They have about 5+ different selections. Plus other hard liquor. Plenty of seating inside and out. We came on a Sunday around noon and only a small handful of people in there. Several finger food selections, served room temperature. Large section of drinks/juices. Cereal and non dairy milk with an expresso and coffee machine. Lots of pastries including the Portuguese egg tarts if you haven't eaten enough yet. Items got refilled periodically. Can be accessed with Priority Pass as of May 2019. Not a big lounge, but at 6 am it was not very crowded. Did not partake in any alcoholic beverages due to it being so early. Large selection of pastries, definitely had a couple of pasteis de nata given that we were leaving Portugal (they were obviously not the best we had on the trip, but they did the job). I did not really like most of the croquette-type foods they had available, probably because they were not very warm. I did like the coffee machines. Our seats were overlooking the terminal and we could easily see our gate and time our departure from the lounge appropriately. No bathrooms inside the lounge, but there were dedicated bathrooms right outside of check in. Not the best lounge I've visited, but compared to most of the US priority pass lounges, it's a pretty good one (comparing to slim pickings!) read more

Cute little lounge in Porto airport. It is clean and close to the gates. We were there for a morning flight. They had a decent beverage selection, but the food was all served cold, which was not good as the selections were meant to be served hot. Stick to the yogurt. You have to leave the lounge to use the bathroom. read more

Given the size of this airport, this lounge is great. Better than some United lounges I've visited in much larger cities (*cough* SFO *cough*). I accessed this lounge using Priority Pass. If you missed out on Port tastings, or can't get enough of it, there's quite a selection waiting for you self-serve. I came in the morning and there were sweet and savoury pastries, yogurt, cereal, and salads which were pretty good. There's an espresso bar where drinks are made to order using a real espresso machine (no Krups or Nespresso here!) The lounge has a nice deck that overlooks at the airport. Not crowded on a Sunday morning, and great service. read more
