I ordered from Sachi's specifically for my wedding, and they knew in advance that this order was for my wedding day. At 8 AM ON the morning of my wedding, they texted me saying my order wouldn't be ready until 4 PM because their oven was having issues, which was fine with me, but they also told me they might not be able to have the full quantity I ordered ready. I was then told there was no one available to deliver the order, even though delivery had previously been discussed, and they asked if I could come pick it up instead Can you imagine being asked to arrange a pickup at 4 PM on your own wedding day? I was already getting ready and had so much going on. I didn't have time to be on my phone trying to figure out a last-minute solution, and I also had no one available at that time who could pick up the order for me. Because of that, I had no choice but to cancel. I STILL have not received my refund I understand that unexpected issues can happen, but for an important event like a wedding, especially when they knew in advance what the order was for, I really wish the situation had been handled better. At the very least, I expected my refund to be processed promptly after I had to cancel This was honestly the last thing I needed to deal with on my wedding day.
