July 14, 2022 Bought an assortment for a family dinner Lemon iced, strawberry pop tart, pnut butter & jelly, chocolate chocolate, chocolate chip and a chocolate cookie with icing that I can't remember it's name Note: my first experience with this company was in League City TX I loved the lemon and that is it. Totally worth the wait! I went yesterday. This location opened on March 4th so today is only its 4th day open (it's closed on Sunday's). They experienced technical issues that only lasted a few minutes but the owner and his wife were so incredibly apologetic but did everything in their power to keep the line moving. They are so sweet! Now, these cookies. I mean they're COOKIES! They are absolutely massive and absolutely delicious. They are super sweet so I ate half of mine but I could totally eat the entire tray in a day. The fruity pebbles, pink sugar, Cinnamon Toast Crunch were all my favorite. The other three were a close call (even though I am not a fan of chocolate). When I got my cookies they were so warm. I took a bite and it basically melted in my mouth, cookie goodness! 10/10 recommend to try when you have a sweet tooth, or just for fun! read more

They have great cookies! Little expensive but they are good quality and taste amazing...not too soft, not too crunchy. Easy to order on kiosk. Weekly variety of cookies! Always something new! Favorites are oatmeal and cobbler!! Haven't had anything terrible! The chocolate chip is my least favorite! read more

Respectfully! workers should change their gloves when returning from outside as they're are touching the door handles . I've witnessed several times employees handling cookies with the same gloves they used for door . Pretty gross read more

This location is just fine! I was traveling home from Louisiana and figured might as well stop and get my weekly fix as it was right on the way. Great service and ease of ordering. Love that they had a screen that shows your name and where in the pickup line you are as I hadn't seen that in other locations before so maybe it's a new thing? I usually get curbside or delivery so don't go in much. Cookies looked good and tasted consistent to my closer locations. I wouldn't drive all the way here obviously but happy with this location and would come by again if traveling. read more

I don't live in the Beaumont area, but ordered cookies for a local medical clinic associated with the company I work for. I ordered them to be delivered to the wrong address, and the staff I was trying to send them to didn't end up getting them. The manager of this Crumbl location called me right away to sort through why the delivery hadn't been completed and gave me her personal cell phone number to let her know when I managed to get the correct address. She went out of her way to make sure a box of cookies made it where they were supposed to go to, even though the error had completely been on me. Obviously I didn't get to try the cookies myself, but I've had Crumbl a few times in the past and would give them high marks every time. This store will have my business as often as I can give it to them. read more

Ordered 4 cookies and 2 of them were double deckers. When he brought the box up he tossed it on the counter. The lid was wide open. I asked for a couple of individual boxes so the cookies wouldn't get smashed when I closed the box and was told I couldn't. I said so I can't close the box and I have a 45 min drive. I don't want my cookies drying out. Finally after explaining to him another 3 times I finally got the boxes. Come on Crumbl you're charging $5 a cookie and you can't afford to give extra boxes or bags? read more

We've been hearing about Crumbl since they opened. Today we were able to get a dozen (cookies and cream, lemon, chocolate chip, pink frosting, muddy buddy 2 each.) Our 14 yo raved about them, my wife and our oldest were very 'meh' about them. I will speak for myself....the cookies were dry. The sugar was still granular in the icing and the cookies, the cookies were too sweet for me, they were very one note, the only one with a distinction was the lemon (not difficult to achieve). The cookies and cream was crumbly (no pun intended), all of them were too thick for my taste. All in all, I would say they were/are an uninspired cookie, although most people may find them enjoyable, I will pass on future offerings. read more

The cookies are great. The curbside service needs to be better. I've been there twice with a curbside order and there were no other cars there. There also were no one inside. I had an elongated wait for no apparent reason. The staff are normally nice. I've let the wait time go, although I was not pleased. read more

Ok peeps here's what you do, download the app and order your cookies ahead of time, then you don't have to wait in line and click "here" when you arrive and let them bring them out to ya. I don't know what why that other review was so low but we love the cookies. My favorite so far is Mom's recipe, when that flavor pops up again I'll just order those, but the chocolate chip and anything with peanut butter is delicious and who doesn't love a good cold iced sugar cookie! Yummy! I'm glad y'all are here, Beaumont needed something different! Keep up the good work! read more

It was a sad day at Crumble. Have had them a few time from a few locations. The Beaumont location dropped the ball today, we asked if they could cut the cookie in half for us, they told us we had to buy a cutter, we already own one of those but we were eating the cookies in the car now, and not an hour later at home. I also felt like the Chocolate Chip cookie was still raw In the middle. I am aware of the fact they are a gooey and thick cookie but this was more than gooey. Good customer service goes a long way and would have made that expensive raw cookie taste a little better. read more

Recently went here to try out, gave the male employee our order went to pay & was basically pressured into giving a tip. Instead we should have used the digital pad to order. I chose not to tip and after we paid the male employee immediately went back to his coworkers and started talking about us. They both start staring and very blatantly talking about me. All because I chose not to tip. The staff were incredibly rude, & I will never be back. Such a bummer because the cookies looks so cute, but honestly I'm too worried to even eat them now. Keep in mind this is a Togo cookie place that is already high priced. It's not like we sat in & were served, we ordered from a male employee using a kiosks machine. read more

I come here way too much to try the weekly cookies. Haha! My boyfriend and I love this place! Each cookie is $4, but they are ridiculously big and often rich, so they last a while. I do wish that the flavors that I love would come back more often. I think they often take 6-12 months to rotate back around. There are so many different cookies that it is hard to not find one that you like. As for the service, they are usually very quick, and I love how they open the box to let you check your order to make sure that they got it right. I look forward to trying the new flavors every week (or however often I go). read more
