Don't get ot wrong cakes are delicious. Customer care not so much. I was at the store next door and went to get myself and friend some Bundy cakes. This was her first time to try Bundy cakes and loved the taste. I failed to get her a fork while she ate it at phone store. She went back to the store to get a fork and check out the other cakes they had. She asked for a fork to complete eating her cake. And was told they do not give out forks. A few minutes later we finished up at the phone store and next to us was another customer who had her Bundy cakes with napkins and forks. Really? Was a fork not cost effective. The cake quality was poor and they gave me the wrong cake. I had to rush back up there before they closed to get it replaced. It seems like they were skimping on ingredients or something. My white chocolate raspberry wasn't giving what it usually gives. I ordered 3 cakes and they were all poor tasting. This was my first and last time at this location in Beaumont. If I could leave a rating of less than one star I would. I received a Red Velvet birthday cake from this location on 01/26/21. As my father ate his piece of cake he commented on the sharpness of what he assumed to be a jagged chocolate chip but to his horror it turned out to be not one but TWO finger nails (I think they look more like toe nails though). The implications alone of how not one but TWO finger nails could end up in this cake were enough for us to throw the entire cake in the trash. Was someone clipping their nails around the batter and they haphazardly flew into the batter? Were the nails placed in the batter and baked into the cake intentionally? Did the person preparing the batter bite off the nails and then attempt to speak, allowing the nails to fall out of their mouth and into the batter? Or maybe a third party entered the bakery and placed the nails in the batter as sabotage? If we would have continued eating the cake, would he have stumbled across a matching set of eight more fingernails? At the end of the day, I don't know what happened but I do know one thing beyond a shadow of a doubt. This is gross. read more

Bundtinis are my favorite portion size, but I wish there was no "minimum" when ordering these. (Minimum is 12.) The parking here is off of the main parking lot to the Parkdale Mall. As with most Nothing Bundt Cake locations, this particular location is just as charming as all of the others. I was visiting my mom in Beaumont and she was craving some cake. She loves NBC, so my sister and I were off to this location to quench her craving. We were immediately greeted with smiles when we walked in. We were also informed that the Lemon Cake was on the sample table, so of course, we made a beeline in that direction. It was delicious. Like, really, really, really delicious. As were were deciding what to get our mom, the place was humming with customers coming in and out. This place is popular! Each customer was handled courteously and efficiently. So, after deciding what we wanted, there was no wait at all. We ended up getting mini-bundt cakes: Strawberries & Cream, Lemon, Confetti and Chocolate Chocolate chip. All flavors were FANTASTIC! Again, I wouldn't expect anything less. NBC has got the cake game down. They also have adorable gifts inside as well. So, take a look around the shop. Ridiculous! We scheduled a pickup time but as you can see that didn't matter much. I tried calling inside to ask why the line is so long and to inquire about cancellation, especially with coronavirus still at large, but no answer. The phone went straight to voice-mail with a message that they're busy and cannot answer phone calls at this time. No social distancing happening and no one regulating anything. I love the fact that they have tester cakes out for you to try. The smell as soon as you enter is enticing and you can't help but grab SOMETHING when you see that tray of freebie pieces.... They have several decorated cakes for special occasions but they typically look the same. The taste however is so homemade. I have to be honest, my boyfriend brought the mini cakes home and wanted to try different flavors but I haven't been inside so I, myself, cannot comment on the place and the staff. He says they are professional and great and also that the place is very clean and smells amazing inside!! The lineups are always heavy so try ordering and go there to pickup or you'll be there for a while. They make certain flavors fresh to order so he's brought these to his work functions before, since it's different then just a typical grocery store cake. We've already tried cinnamon, lemon, red velvet and vanilla so far. We're definitely impressed with the presentation and packaging. They don't go cheap, in making sure that everything is properly presented and executed. The icing is extreme but we love it like that and they are more than accommodating if you want to put less of it on so just don't be afraid to customize it to how you want and expect your cake to be/taste. The insides of each flavor are fresh, moist yet dense as these should be. I really can't complain about the quality and ingredients used because everything seems authentic and made in store so you can't go wrong with that. The only thing would be the price. It seems like a lot to be charging $20-$30 for a pretty basic cake. The little single serving ones are about $5 each. Also, they can decorate them for you but you definitely pay a lot more for that.
