Total assholes working there and the manager is an idiot too. Cares less for women you can tell. No way to treat a lady. I go in to Apple never get helped after an hour and then go to Gelson's & buy an over priced salad and am supposed to have a three hour validation. I leave and the machine tells me it's $17!!!! Wtf. I was like he must not have validated it then. It was busy and there is no way I was there that long! SMH. I buss the guy and he's rude and says too bad you have to pay. And laughs. I told him no way they must have not validated it. I also mentioned I don't have it. I just spend 2k on my car... SMH. This asshole laughs at me says too bad you can't get out and you gotta pay. I asked for the manager and he said too bad. Wow!!!! Pissed. I back up go to get a manager and the manager is just as bad not at all helpful explaining my situation and the ticket was stuck in the machine didn't get it back also. A total nightmare. I will never ever go back there! They think everyone is rich!!!! And no heart at all. I was beside myself as is my phone is a mess not working & wasted time coming here. And then this! SMH. The manager was mean and rude and heartless. Thanks a lot assholes. I will tell everyone I know not to go there anymore. You think you guys can treat people like this and you don't care. Well, it'll come back to you jerks. The idiot boy working was trying to use the lack of testosterone he has to be sarcastic "you will pay" thanks for your money!! Loser little bitch. SMH. There's an abundance of indoor and outdoor seating areas. It was quite busy when we were here. Luckily, we got a good table spot. There were 10 food stalls inside the building. Selections were not the greatest with an exception of a few. They primarily serve quick bites for grab n go or eat here. Prices were on the higher end. We bought food from 6 out of the 10 vendors... see asterisks below. Thought we try the non-known ones. Let's just say some vendors were just okay and some were better than okay. I'll write a review for each of them separately. Maybe we should of went with the known ones like Chick-fil-A, Chipotle, and Panda Express. AC Barbecue* Chick-fil-A Chipotle Fuwa Teriyaki Grill* La Vaca Brazillian Grill Massis Kabob* O'Gusto* Panda Express Pokei* Tosai Sushi*

I haven't been here in years and wow has it changed. Overall for the better with tons of stores,…read moreplaces to eat, and inviting areas to hang out. As an open air mall, this style of shopping is inviting and enjoyable. Visiting frequently as a kid, it is a completely different experience. Stores are more high end than I remember. Crowds were exponentially greater! Lines for several stores (including Olive Young) to get in and for Ramen blew my mind. If you want a place to watch the world cup, courtyard is ready and inviting. This area was nice with the high rise century city backdrop. Although it was more crowded than I expected, meeting friends for lunch was great. The restaurant choices are wonderful. We planned to eat at one spot, but due to the wait we changed it up and it was a total hit. Parking was crazy! Lines to go up and down, it took forever to pull in a spot. The prices are expensive too if ya make a day here. Very few places validate.

Westfield Century City came to the rescue as it was about 7 miles away. Cool beans! Parking is plentiful. First hour of parking is free. Additional hours will be charged at the current rates accordingly. We were here for almost 5-6 hours. It went by really fast. It was our first time here so didn't know what to expect. Shortly upon arrival, we figured out it's an outdoor shopping mall with an upscale mix of name brand stores, boutique shops, elevated restaurants, food court with quick bites/snack/drink vendors, and fun entertainment. Overall exterior was well cared for in terms of cleanliness and maintenance. It wasn't super busy nor crowded which is great sometimes because congestion of people traffic may make our dining and shopping experience a bit hard to handle. We got to see the Disney+ Hulu Throwbacks Mini Mall Pop Up showcased in the huge courtyard. It brought back some nostalgia. Neat retro activity! We hit the food court first since we were starving. We grabbed a little something from Tosai Sushi, Poukei, AC Barbeque, Fuwa Teriyaki Grill, O'Gusto, and Massis Kabob. A few were good, but not all. Check out my reviews for each one. Thanks! After our lunch, we walked around to look for drinks and desserts. We indulged in a little something from Chamberlian Coffee, Chagee Modern Tea House, Cafe Knotted, Oakberry Acai, Wushiland Boba, K. Minamoto, and Bacio di Latte. Yes, we hit most of the good sweet spots. Yum! We weren't here to shop so didn't go into any clothing stores or boutique shops. Although, we did walk into a Pop Mart to satisfy my curiosity. Colorful store with interesting dolls. Didn't buy anything though. We barely scratched the surface at this mall. We hope to come back as a returning customer to some of the biz supported and be a new customer to other businesses that we haven't explored as of yet. See you here!

Since Nordstrom moved out it's just so eerie. Not a lot going on. I happened to come in as I was checking out a potential new gym which is coming in - Club Studio - and they're going to be pretty huge and take the old Bloomingdales space, people were super friendly and helpful so hopefully that will help but Santa Monica is gonna need a lot more investment in order to drive the people back to shop in person because there is really no good selection of stores of value - just a few boutiques and some brands like Nike or Johnny Was or Paige. Din Tai Fung and Cheesecake on the top floor which is great but other than that... let's hope for more stores in the future.
