They put the tires on. I came home. Started the car up this morning. Made it to Berlin. The front end started shaking really bad. Did not think I was going to make it back to Somerset. Made it back to the mechanic mechanic just called me and said they did not tighten up the lug nuts so I called the company and told them hey nobody's gotten hurt. There's no damage done to the vehicle but you guys got to make sure you tighten up the lug nuts before the vehicle leaves instead of saying oh my God, we are so sorry for any inconvenience. The guy turned around says we tighten our tires up so this is my first step and I'll get a hold of the general. Next all's they had to do is just have a little consideration and re -clarify me that they will double check on lug nuts before leave and shop. I would not go back to this place. There's other places in town. What a very bad experience

Because of where it broke, I ended up parallel parked on a busy city street. I called Robert and he gave me a quote upfront and set up an appointment for me to get my car towed the next day, first thing in the morning. It was not an easy extraction. The wheel had to come off and the car had to be towed out at an angle. But Robert made it look easy. I highly recommend using Hi Tech if you need a tow out of a difficult situation.

The driver, Gene, was incredibly friendly and helpful. He provided suggestions for nearby auto shops and hotels. He charged us a very reasonable rate for the tow, given the fact that he not only dropped our car off at a shop, but dropped us off at a hotel afterwards. But when he did arrive, within two seconds of popping the hood of my car he saw that some wires had been chewed through by an animal. He quickly did a patch job to reconnect them and my car was drivable (at least for the time being).
