When I handed him $940 and said I didn't have the exact amount, he scratched the $930 out and wrote $940. He held the bike for 25 hours, and had the nerve to say to me "I wish you would have let insurance pay for it so I could collect an extra $1000. He also had it sitting on a pallet in the rain the night before. He is money hungry, rude, and I will never willingly do business with him again. He should not receive business when there are tons of better company's around.

I called Robert and he gave me a quote upfront and set up an appointment for me to get my car towed the next day, first thing in the morning. It was not an easy extraction.
