I thing they are a good company. I locked myself out of my car. It took them a 1/2 hour to get there 5 stars thank you

The owner and driver was totally unprofessional and rude beyond belief. Charged $940 for a motorcycle that was wrecked. Told me initially $600, then argued saying he told me it was $700, then upped it to $960, and when I picked it up he told me $930. When I handed him $940 and said I didn't have the exact amount, he scratched the $930 out and wrote $940. He held the bike for 25 hours, and had the nerve to say to me "I wish you would have let insurance pay for it so I could collect an extra $1000. He also had it sitting on a pallet in the rain the night before. He is money hungry, rude, and I will never willingly do business with him again. He should not receive business when there are tons of better company's around. read more

He got there much faster then my insurance quoted and did a great job changing my tire and getting me oit of there safely. For a small operation he was great. Highly recomend. read more

My 18 year old son's car got stuck in mud. M&M just happened to be driving past. They pulled over and quoted him $175. He only had $89 and some change in his account, so they just charged him $89. 2 weeks later they re-charged him on his debit card $175, so that's a total of $264 to pull him LITERALLY 10 feet. The man was cocky and rude when my son said "$89? it's only 10 feet" He said "Do you want out or not" It shouldn't even be legal. I guess they can't make money with out ripping people off. To me that is stealing and they should not be allowed to do it. read more

The worst experience I had ever had when dealing with a towing company. The owner/driver was belligerent and down right abusive. He acted like I was wasting his time. He cussed at me several times. I had him on speaker phone during two of his calls to me prior to him arriving at my car, and my coworker overheard the cussing! Shame on the owner of this company for acting like this! read more

I had a great experience with the service today. Picked my car up at the time quoted and a price that I thought was great.

I'm giving 1 star because I can't give 0 stars. This foul-mouthed "gentleman" drives like like an idiot. He did not tow anything of mine and NEVER will. He tailed me so closely on a windy road that I could barely see the that one of his headlights were out. I felt bullied and frightened with him that close to me in his big junky truck with M&M sloppily broadcasted on the door. I could practically smell his gross beer breath from my car. When I finally had enough of the dangerous tailgating, I started to slow my speed a bit, giving the hint to back off. It was then that he hung out his window swearing obscenities and calling me names. A short time later I approached a stop sign and he began again with the name calling and the disgusting language. I pulled over so that we could hash out any issue that that would cause such a poor reaction. He refused to stop and instead fled with his tail between his legs, nearly running over me in the process. I found myself a short time later at a traffic light right next to him. I beeped my horn to get his attention but he refused to look at me. His light turned green and he promptly pulled away but not before giving me the finger. Do you really want someone like this handling your vehicle? No, I didn't think so. read more
