The plugs are hard to reach the wheels were too heavy for him to change the breaks, etc. Was the craziest encounter with a shop ive ever had. The vehicle was going in to get ready for a CO and UT overlanding trip leaving Saturday. Now looks like my week off will be spent waiting for my Jeep to be fixed by someone else. This seems more like a hobby for these folks as opposed to running a real business. My opinion is for you to find a shop that actually wants to work on your vehicle.

We were directed to North Belle Vernon Auto Clinic, and though they were getting ready to close for the Friday day, they took a look at the car. They were able to order the part for the next day delivery, and even though they are closed on Saturdays, several of the mechanics came in and fixed our car first thing in the morning to get us back on the road. DISGUSTING. This place is also a towing company. I got in a serious car accident, and their…read moreemployees yelled at people assisting with my car. They screamed "WHY DON'T YOU PAY MY BILLS!" when discussing how ridiculous it was that they towed my car less the 1/4 mile, less then 2 blocks, and charge $125. They did not give a receipt, and when calling in regards to the whole manner and obtaining my receipt a gentleman who claimed he was the owner SCREAMED at me, when I did not even raise my voice on the phone. It was VERY unprofessional and their establishment was ran like a zoo. They (Dave's) then told me to call the police, because no such thing happened, and officers witnessed everything. This was false information, because the police were not there when they yelled ridiculous things, when asked about the price. The police were only at the scene. Not my house. Rostraver police was called, after the phone incident and I explained to them what happened. I did not want to escalate it I just wanted it noted, how I was treated. The police were such gentlemen and handle my concerns. Do not go to Dave's, they are very RUDE, they only care about money, ripping you off, and no concern for any of their customers.

I needed a quick oil change before our road trip on Friday. With the holidays, I was running out of…read moretime. Figured I'd try this place. I heard good things. I got there before they opened. I tried to open the door, it was locked, checked the hours, checked my phone, felt like an idiot. Then the guy comes out and asks if I need help. Told him I needed an oil change and he told me to pull up to one of the bays, they open in 5 min. I got pulled in, they got my name, mileage and what kind of oil I wanted. They topped off all my fluids. They also asked if I wanted to change my air filter. I did not. Everyone there was super friendly and professional. The place is clean for being a small garage. They had me in and out in under 10 minutes. I highly recommend!
