I'm giving four stars because the sitting area needs some work. With people coming in from Ventnor, margate and cape I was expecting the leather sofa to not be ripped and faded. The other chairs were uncomfortable & run down. It also needs some ambiance, maybe a paint job and some photos or cigar boxes on the walls. Something that shows that management wants it's customers to be comfortable. I would go back to pick up cigars to smoke outside when it's warmer.
