Pauline and Luke are knowledgeable and so nice! Great selection and prices. Loved having a stick and conversation with them.

The selection is outstanding for a small shop on LBI. the cigars are always fresh. Never got a bad cigar here!!

I was down for day just to finally try Chegg. It's been hard to find Arturo Hemingway. The owner was walking out and his daughter Erika was there. Very nice and knowledgeable. I got the last two Hemingway's. The price was appropriate for the shore and a cigar that is hard to find. I doubt I'll be back since I'm usually not there but you all that smoke cigars or have people coming down that smoke or after dinner or boat or golf, etc., this is the place I'd go read more

Great place. Great pricing wonderful selection. A must go to place while you're on the island!!

I always stop in here on my annual trip to LBI. They have a nice selection of smokes and the owner is great. I also like to do what I can to support a brick and mortar shop whenever possible. read more

Good selection and friendly staff. Great place to relax and enjoy a cigar or two, enjoy.

Great selection and awesome people. I've been going here whenever I'm on the island for over a decade. Pat is very knowledgeable and friendly as is Gail. I've found a couple of my favorite smokes thanks to their suggestions and I've watched them match a customer to a cigar almost as many times as I've heard a customer come back and thank them for the perfect suggestion. Stop in, you won't be disappointed! read more

Ran out of cigars while on vacation in LBI. Great selection and great prices as well. Will definitely return next time I'm in town.

Amazing customer service as always! What an amazing selection for such a small shop. When you consider its location being at one of the best beaches on the jersey shore, the prices are very competitive! It's an anticipated yearly stop. read more

Just moved to the area and was looking for a go to smoke shop. No need to look any further. Excellent customer service and very knowledgeable about their varied and quality products. They even will send to you if you don't want to deal with the summer beach traffic. Gail was outstanding in helping refill the humidor with some great cigars! read more

I've been going to Old Tyme for over 10 years and stop in whenever I'm on the island. The owner, Pat, is very knowledgable and friendly as is his staff. They have a vast selection of cigars and other tobacco products as well as many smoking accessories. No reason to go anywhere else. read more

I've been going to OTSS for over a year now. I travel all over the try state area and this is the best smoke shop (especially for pipe smokers) I've come across. Pat will order anything you need if it's not in stock, he has a great selection of pipe tobacco (and of course cigars) and even carries estate pipes at reasonable prices. And Gail is a pleasure to speak with, helpfull and just a great person. It's a must go to if you're anywhere near LBI. It's worth the drive. read more

A good selection of sticks for a small shop. Knowledgable, friendly staff. Good prices for cigars, not sure about the accessories; they seemed a little high. Wish they had a little more seating. read more

I went in yesterday to get my husbands fav cigar. He sent me in with the label and i was told that that particular cigar was on a waitlist and would be avail soon. Long story short I wanted a tip for cigarellos that don't come with one .The owner? and the woman there were helping me find a tip like I was a customer spending alot of money. I left buying a pack of cigarellos and a plastic tip ...spent 2.00 and change. I was treated like i was spending 200.00 and change. My hubby didn't get his cigars, but i saw a really nice croco holder for him to carry his stash with him. Thank you guys .... what a friendly shoppe ! Janet E. read more

Bought a liter there three years ago for lighting cigars. Owner replaced it free with a much better liter after it broke for free. Great prices and inventory in fresh. Well done costumer for life! read more

This is one great little cigar shop! The selection was quite excellent for a small store, including carrying a bevy of hot new sticks. Very friendly and helpful staff and a few comfy chairs to enjoy a nice stogie on prem. Also, I was surprised that the prices were reasonable. Much better than northern New Jersey where I live. Nice joint. I'll be back! read more

A great little gem of a cigar shop. I look forward to spending time there when on vacation at LBI, while my wife is shopping. Sometimes I just ride my bike down in the afternoon to enjoy a good cigar with some of the other customers. The owner Pat and his staff are very friendly and helpful, but not pushy. There is a very nice selection of cigars and accessories with very reasonable prices. My vacation is not complete without a few visits to Olde Tyme. Stop in & Enjoy. read more

In my many travels, I have yet to find a cigar shop that was not inhabited by a colorful cast of delightful characters, and where the customer was not warmly welcomed. Old Tyme Smoke Shoppe is no exception. As soon as I walked through the front door, Pete the proprietor provided a friendly greeting, and graciously offered his assistance in making a selection. Despite it's size, the shop has a respectable assortment of cigars that could suit any taste, as well as many other tobacco related products. The staff is well informed, but not pushy. There are a few chairs to sit and enjoy your cigar, and a respectable smoke removal system does a fine job of seeing that no one is overcome by smoke. I, personally, found this gem a welcome refuge, while the wife and teen age daughters shopped around. So, keep this place in mind fellas; it's a great place to enjoy a fine cigar and meet new people. Old Tyme Smoke Shoppe truly upholds the great tradition of friendly cigar shops. read more

Good selection of cigars that are fresh with an even burn which signifies the humidors and product are well cared for. The prices, even though a shore tourist area, are reasonable. The young lady behind the counter is pleasant and helpful and seems to know everyone that comes through the door. I own a rental property and the Olde Tyme business card is in my book of "Places to Go" for my renters. read more

Great little shop with a good selection of well cared for premium cigars. Pat the owner and Gail were very friendly, knowledgeable and gracious merchants. I plan to make this a regular stop when I visit LBI. read more

I'm not a cigar aficionado, but I always feel welcome when I visit Olde Tyme. Really friendly folks who will help you if you need it and leave you alone if you don't. I can't opine about their prices since I really don't know but I'm always able to find an affordable stick or two. Old Tyme is a regular stop for me when visiting Long Beach Island. read more

Don't think I even know of any other cigar shops on the island but that's never been a problem because this one is the best. Pat is a great owner and knows his cigars. Only place I'd even consider going to when I'm there on vacation. read more
