So today I went into the store and explained the situation to the condescending person behind the counter an he tells me there's nothing he can do since the package was opened. How else was I able to find out if they worked? I was told no refunds or exchanges and that I had to take it up with the manufacturer. They just lost a customer over 6$.. So after buying another pack of pods from a different location the Lambo device just stopped working, it's officially dead. Guess I won't bother returning it.. I'm sure they'll just tell me to call the manufacturer.

They seem to sell mostly name brand juices. Their devices are limited and older models but in a pinch they will suffice. I still can't believe they repackage wire and cotton. The store is the cleanest in the area. Which is saying a lot. However they need to really step up their game. The social media presence is nearly nonexistent. It just doesn't feel like a genuine shop. Someone who vapes regularly can't afford to make this shop their main source for juice. They need to run weekly specials regularly. Move some of their older juice. Have some sales on old product and get the new hot mods in their place. They could also try to create a House juice line that is no more than 37 cents per milliliter. Not just repackage juice sourced from other sources. I spend $40 a month on juice and none of that goes into my local shops.

Let's face it, having a selection of flower and extracts and gummies and some hardware, isn't anything special. Most often for me, that thing that elevates a dispensary is the quality of the staff- the "bud tenders". The main guy at Kannaxis' bank location, in the couple times I've shopped there, has been basically terrible. Unhelpful, a wise @$$ attitude and he makes it seem like a bother to be assisting you. It's seriously like he'd rather be anywhere else besides helping customers. He's THE worst. Maybe he owns all that because otherwise why would any competent owner keep an unfriendly guy like this on staff. Yet.... ??? I know it's not just me, as at least one other review mentions this same guy. Kannavis has three locations in Wildwood so maybe I need to try another store but based solely on experiences in the bank bldg, this dispensary rates pretty low.
